"The service at this restaurant is awful! We had a confirmed reservation for a table for four at Back Porch, so we traveled from Dallas, only to be informed at the door that our reservation was only for two. I presented the confirmation email, but they insisted they could only accommodate two of us. It’s simply outrageous. Later, a friend who was dining there mentioned that there were plenty of empty seats available. I won’t be going back to this place and will definitely share my experience to warn others about their terrible service."
