"I ordered a two-egg special with ham off the bone, grits, and a biscuit. Unfortunately, the ham had an unusual taste that I didn't find appealing, likely due to the cooking method. The grits were quite thick and lacked flavor, so I ended up adding a generous amount of butter and, as I usually do, some sugar. On the plus side, the biscuit was buttery and really delicious. My husband had the American Skillet with pancakes, and he thought it was fantastic. It includes bacon, sausage, eggs, hash browns, and cheese. The restaurant itself is quite small, which means seating is limited, and there was a long wait for takeout."
