"I ordered 4 ham and cheese sandwiches with all the toppings, two with Swiss cheese and two with yellow American cheese. However, I received all 4 sandwiches with yellow American cheese and turkey instead. This has happened to me on more than 5 occasions. One of the workers, a woman, had a major attitude. They really need to improve their service. All of them should be fired."

"Went there for the first time yesterday. The staff is friendly and service quick and excellent. I got the beef gyro, delicious and reasonably priced. The orzo soup amazing! My favorite was the way they make their fries, hot and crispy and enough for a whole meal I went back today and got a delicious corned beef Ruben. Today I noticed they have beautiful pastries including cheese cake and baklava. Can't wait to try their breakfast and dinner items!"

"My daughter ordered some food From here and it was pretty good. However the chicken wings was not done enough and they tasted like the chicken wasn't clean enough at all. They have to do better, the business itself the people that are preparing the food have to do better. Real people can taste dirty food and know the difference. A health inspector knows to know about this."

"I wasn't here for the food, even though it has received a lot of great reviews. I just wanted to grab a pint, but when I arrived at 2:30 PM, the place wasn't open yet as they were preparing for a catered event. I'll have to come back another time. Just a heads-up, the B61 bus line runs along Columbia Street, but street parking can be a bit challenging to find. Overall, the storefront and interior looked quite nice from what I could see. So, I plan to give it a try in the future."

"Use to order here frequently out of convenience and got decent food.. typical pizza takeout joint.. nothing spectacular. After our most recent order however we will not be ordering again. Poor customer service. We received our order later then expected..no biggie. But the pizza was pretty cold and the fried pickles had very clearly been sitting under the warmer for far to longbecause we received them completely soggy and the dipping sauce container was melted into the pickles lol reached out to therestaurant to see if we could just get a refund for the pickles or something as they were inedible and there response was ?nothat?s just how we make them now? lol soggy pickles and melted plastic yum! "Went with my husband for lunch. The service was nice and friendly. For drinks we ordered a strawberry daiquiri which was bitter and not sweet (I added some sweet n low and it tasted fine after that) and a Long Island Iced Tea which was strong and had a nice flavor. We had soup and wings for an appetizer. I don’t see why they call them “buffalo” wings if they are just fried wings with no sauce. For $16 it seemed a bit of false advertising as we wouldn’t have ordered them if we knew they were like that. For our mains we had a roast beef sandwich and a eggplant panini. Both were really good. Lots of fries, perfectly rare roast beef which came with a side of mayo that we didn’t even have to ask for. The eggplant panini was delicious with melted mozz and roasted pepper. Overall it was good enough, I wouldn’t go out of my way to go there again but I wouldn’t avoid it either."

"When I had pizza at Tony's for the first time, it was back in 1995. This weekend, I was in the city and I remembered how great the food and service were. Oh my, the old man Tony would be so proud of everyone! The pizza is still amazingly delicious. I had a regular pepperoni pizza, and it was loaded with toppings. I also tried the pepper steak dish, and I was very impressed. The aroma was fantastic and the crust was perfectly crispy. I'm always a fan of Tony's!"

"The food is absolutely fantastic, the prices are reasonable, and the portions are generous. However, I've faced some frustration trying to order online or by phone, as they often seem to be closed. I've visited in person twice, and both times the service was excellent. Just this past Monday, we attempted to order around midday, but the restaurant was closed. Now it's Friday at 2:30 PM, and no one is answering the phone, nor are the apps taking orders. It’s confusing to know the right time to call or place an order. We genuinely want to support this restaurant, but it's difficult when their availability is so inconsistent. For these reasons, I'm rating it a 4 out of 5. The food itself deserves a 5 out of 5—if only we could actually get it!"
