"The coffee is decent, but the service has really declined lately. It feels like there hasn’t been any training for the staff. There’s a lack of organization—despite only eight people being in the store, the baristas have no clue who ordered what. As a result, drinks just end up sitting there. Although they call out drink names, several customers have ordered the same items, making it even more confusing. Then, when new customers arrive, the cycle continues. This used to be our favorite café, but it desperately needs some improvements."
