"My family came here for a quick stop for lunch. We decided it would be easier to dine-in quickly since they never get our order right in the drive-thru when there are multiple people in the car. When we walked in, there were 5 people in front of us in line, and at least 5 more waiting for food. They seemed overwhelmed and short staffed. The only person working the counter was a lady who was impossibly slow. I understand that sometimes you get busy and backed up, but she did not seem to care. The very least you can do is be friendly and apologize. One lady who was waiting for at least 10 minutes, they got her order wrong, and several of the men who were waiting were given the wrong trays. Our orders were right, but we had to wait a while to even order and then stand aside until the food was made, and we did not order anything special. Also, the lady who took my order had made a few comments about what I actually ordered. It was probably meant to be funny, but was not necessary. The manager, I think her name is Kelly, was helping and also near the drive-thru, never cracked a smile one time, seemed very sour and bitter and just shoved trays around and barked out people 's names. I felt very unwelcome here and will not return."
