"It's been a while since we last had breakfast at Copper Pot, but I'm happy to report that not much has changed (in a good way). It’s a cozy, relaxed spot with great food at reasonable prices. My wife chose it this time to catch up with some friends and because she had a craving for the breakfast chimichanga. This massive burrito comes with your choice of meat and is generously smothered in green chile, which is among the best in Denver. I opted for the Italian breakfast skillet, which came with a basted egg and a single side pancake. Everything was cooked to perfection, and the pancake was large and fluffy. All of our orders looked fantastic, and there were no complaints from anyone. As others have mentioned, the service was a bit slow, and it took longer than usual for our food to arrive. However, everything was correct when it did come out, and we didn’t feel rushed to finish and leave. This is the kind of place where you can sip coffee or a Bloody Mary, relax with friends, enjoy some comforting food, and even watch Terminator 2 on the TV behind the bar. I did notice that some prices have increased slightly compared to what's listed on their website, which seems to be common at many places during the COVID era. If you haven't been to Copper Pot yet, it's definitely worth a visit!"
