"I had made a reservation for 7:30. It was my son's birthday. We also stayed at the River Crab hotel there . We were seated at 7:45 At 8:05 No one still had come to.our table. Had to ask for water and 8:15 a boy brought us water and said he would send over a waitress. 8:30 still no waitress Got up and told the hostess to please send a waitress. 8 :40 still no one. Every waitress passed out table like we were not even there. I.was so upset that we got up and left the restaurant and went somewhere else.to eat. There were 4 of us and my son's birthday was totally ruined!!!!!. I have never in my life treated so poorly at a restaurant. I will be sure to tell my friends of the horrible service we received. NO EXCUSE FOR THIS KIND OF SERVICE!!!!!!!!!"

"Disappointing Experience at This Bar We had a very disappointing experience at this bar. Upon entering, we were immediately directed upstairs to purchase our drinks. We were told that there were seats available upstairs. When we got there, we saw that there were free tables, but we were told that we couldn't sit there. We were then sent further up because there were supposedly more seats available. However, when we got to the top, we found no free chairs. It felt like they just wanted to sell us drinks quickly without considering that we had no place to enjoy them comfortably. We felt completely deceived and taken advantage of. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable. It seems like the people here are only interested in money and not in providing good service or ensuring the well-being of their guests. We cannot recommend this bar and definitely won't be coming back."

"I don't even know where to start. So I took my girlfriend here and immediately noticed something wrong which was how empty it was. I tried not to pay too much attention to that because it could have been empty for a number of reasons but the real reasonquickly became apparent. As soon as the food came out we couldn't stop laughing at how small the portion was for the amount wewere paying. It was barely enough for 1 person for $100 so we asked to talk to the manager and she gave us this wholeexplanation about how expensive it is to import seafood but nevertheless offered an extra pound of shrimp to compensate. Weagreed (before trying the food) because we were starving and figured that would fill us up. As soon as we started eating wenoticed they only gave us 2 small pieces of sausage and 1 HALF of corn on the cob to share. Also only 1 red potatoe to share????... I'm not sure what her excuse would have been for that because potatoes cost less than a dollar. That's not even theworst part, the worst part was the quality of the seafood. The shrimp comes apart in your hand like mashed potatoes as you peelit and it honestly tasted microwaved despite the manager assuring us it was the freshest in El Paso ????.. the crab was okay butagain it would have been nice to get a proper portion. As we kept trying to eat I noticed one of the shrimps were BLACK.. likealmost rotten and I immediately lost my appetite. We asked for the bill and got out of there as fast as we possibly could. I'drather have went to McDonald's and gotten a big Mac combo and saved my $100. I'd rather jump out of a window than go back here."
