"if they loved jack’s bistro, then they will love the current restaurant of chef ted stelzenmuller, blair’s on hudson. jack’s bistro has closed at the beginning of 2018. robbe us all their amazing eating and signature dishes (sucks and the always popular and strange sounding mac cheese chocolate). to the happiness was blair ready to take over immediately. blairs is located on the other side of the canton's square from the old jack's location, is a rebuilt row house and has a classic baltimore gastro pub feeling. the house smoked French fries are delicious, but they are made even more mouthwater when sat with truffle oil. the Moroccan burger is delicious and aromatic and delicious. the Guinness file mignon, another clip from the days of the old jack, is still amazing. it is not surprising that it has been in the restaurant of the chef ted stelzenmuller since 1999. the Mac cheese chocolate is also a clasp and absolutely worth trying. it might sound a bit strange, but it's really delicious. the coulotte steak (steak frites) is perfectly prepared. if they do not want it medium rare, cooked to a perfect 134°, then do not disturb to order it. they will not change the temperature for them. absolutely a wonderful choice for dinner or take away. a word of advice; if they want to order, they will take a bit earlier than they tell them how to get the food and enjoy it home while it is still hot."
