"Made reservations for Mother’s Day brunch. Showed up and was told we didn’t have them. Showed my confirmation and showed the hold that was placed on my card and the owner said it didn’t matter she didn’t have room. She was rude and said it was open tables fault and if I wanted to wait for an hour she might be able to feed us after everyone else ate?! It was Mother’s Day and already 11:30… we left at noon after the owner of west park station said come down and they’d take care of us, reservation or not! We went to the equally as crowded restaurant and enjoyed a great mothers day brunch and were treated like paying customers and moreover like people! Thank you Jason and West Park Station! Hatfields could stand to learn a thing or 3 from you guys!"
