"Low Points: The server and the hostess need better training. We were presented with a well-organized wine list at reasonable prices ($35-$40), but when I ordered a bottle, the server returned after 5-7 minutes to inform me that most of the wines on the list were unavailable, and they only had six options. It’s puzzling why the host and server weren’t aware of this. If there were any specials, we never heard about them.
The menu was poorly designed, with all items crammed onto one side without clear sections for appetizers, salads, soups, and main courses. The server did not attempt to guide us through the a la carte options, which seemed like a lost opportunity for maximizing sales for the restaurant.
My son ordered a burger with fries but had to wait 5 minutes for ketchup, which should have come with the meal.
To top it all off, the live music was quite distracting. On a Saturday evening at 7 PM, I really don’t want to listen to the drummer testing his drums or the singer doing microphone checks. I understand that they need to set up, but it shouldn't be during peak dining hours. Overall, we will not be returning."
