"We’ve been going to this restaurant for years. Today, after paying for our lunch and giving a tip at the counter. We received our lunch at the table by a very nice young man. When my fiancé took a bite of his sandwich he realized that the texture seemedoff. He started looking at it, and showed it to me. The chicken wasn’t cooked thoroughly. He wasn’t going to take it back,but I thought it was important that we do. So I did. What happened next is why we will never return. The nice young man, whooriginally came to our table was arguing with the cashier that our sandwich is cooked. Loudly... do they want another one, Icooked it fine etc etc etc... We got so sick of the argument about wether our sandwich was cooked or not, that we left. We are asmall business, and strive to give the best customer service to our customers. Our business buys lunch for our crew all thetime. Not anymore."
