"I visited the restaurant in the morning to order a breakfast combo that was supposed to cost me $9.96, including tax. However, when I got to the counter, they charged me $16. This surprised me, but I didn't notice the receipt until later and saw that they had charged me for an extra order that I never received. I asked for a refund for that order, and the cashier responded defiantly, claiming that I hadn’t requested it. I explained that regardless of what the order was, I was being overcharged for something I never asked for or received. Is this a new policy at Jack in the Box to burden customers with extra charges for items they didn’t order? Who keeps that money when most customers don’t go back to request a refund?"
