"I've been to this restaurant countless times, but my recent experience was truly the last straw. There seemed to be a lot of young staff working, and unfortunately, not one of them was able to do their job properly. They lost my order, which resulted in a long wait, and to make matters worse, I ended up getting a parking ticket. I had ordered ahead and arrived a few minutes early, only for the girl at the counter to tell me that someone had taken my order. Additionally, the owner was standing at the front door with some construction workers, blocking the entrance and failing to inform anyone that there was another door available. You might not suffer from losing business because you're located in Towson, but there's definitely a need for improvement here."
