"I really want to like this place because the sandwiches are usually pretty good, so I gave it a 4-star rating for food quality. However, the service can be hit or miss; sometimes they're quick, other times not so much. Today, when I walked in, an older woman at the register wiped her nose with her fingers and then touched her pants. After that, she took my credit card, grabbed my food (which was really unappetizing), and handed me a pen and my bag of food. I was completely grossed out. I understand that having a cold can make you blow your nose, but this was just too much."
