"I absolutely love the food here and order all of the time, BUT....today, my order came to me incomplete via Grubhub. It was missing a bagel with butter and the straw to my juice came bent and broken. Upon calling the store, a woman came on the phoneand said that it wasn 't her fault and of course, blamed it on the Grubhub driver. She would have sent me a replacement but whenI asked for a new straw, she refused to put a straw in the bag!!! When I argued with her over a STRAW she refunded my bagelorder all together and refused to deliver to me at all! So, for customer service, I give them only 1 star and no future ordersfrom me. Sorry, J&J, but that 's bad customer service if I have to argue for a STRAW! I never gave a bad review before, butthis is the straw that broke the camel 's back!"
