I called back, and he answered again, responding rudely that they don’t serve a buffet without letting me explain what I was looking for. It was really disappointing, as I was eager to learn more about their biryanis. When I requested to speak with someone else, he curtly told me that he was the manager and couldn’t transfer my call, before hanging up again.
This experience revealed a serious lack of basic customer service skills. It’s essential for staff to communicate respectfully with customers."
