"This was a takeout order number 2E83B . This place continuously disappoints with the quality of food. I ordered A dozen cheddar bay biscuits, lobster baked potato and lobster linguine. The biscuits were dry, overcooked and did not have the buttery garlic herb seasoning. The lobster were overcooked on all the dishes. I was served with plain spaghetti noodles topped with overcooked lobster, my dish was not tossed in lobster sauce. This place lacks quality management. I drove back to Red Lobster to get my order corrected but I was given the same poor quality food. I do not recommend this location. If you are interested in buttery biscuits I would recommend Popeyes biscuits and if you are interested in seafood I would recommend you go to Crab Bite or destination seafood house."

"Went out to dinner with another couple, that asked us to join them at a Texas Steak place. We waited an hour 15 mins. I discovered that Red Lobster had spots available. When we arrived, we sat for maybe 5 mins. They escorted us to the table. Due to an injury, I am using a knee walker scooter. Once I was seated, the manager came straight over offered a safe place to ‘park’ it. The waitress was absolutely spot on. We never had empty drinks or biscuits. The four of us were so pleased. The meal was great, the service was even better! Next time this will be FiRST on our list!! Thank you Red Lobster for a great night out!"

"The service and food here seem to get worse every time I visit. Food was cold, dry, and flavorless after waiting quite a while to get it. We had to keep asking for the same refills as the service lacked any level of hospitality. Portions of fries were miniscule compared to those in the past (my plate had 7 fries on it). The restaurant was rather dirty feeling. I don't recommend you waste your money here."

"Once seated, we quickly decided on our order. They didn't have any appetizers that we liked, so we skipped that and went straight for the fried shrimp and double fries. The shrimp was hot, fresh, and tasted amazing! My only minor complaint is that there weren’t many shrimp on the plate. They were larger shrimp, but for nearly $20, I expected a few more pieces, which is why I didn’t give a full 5 stars. Now, let’s talk about the service: absolutely fantastic! Our waiter, Austin, was the sweetest guy I’ve ever encountered. He was super attentive, friendly, and caring, and he didn’t make us feel rushed at all, despite the late hour. Neither mine nor my father’s drinks were ever empty for long, and he made sure we had everything we needed before our food arrived. He checked on us frequently while also managing other tables, cleaning up, restocking, and even helping out in the back. He truly has a kind heart and is an excellent waiter! My father and I will definitely be back, and we hope to have Austin serve us again."

"We went, based on a recommendation, celebrating our anniversary expecting a nice dinner. All the seating is picnic tables and we were placed in the center of the restaurant. A reservation was really not necessary at 5:00 on a Wednesday. The waiter came to take our drink orders, a local beer and a **** mary and then came back to let us know they were out of the house made **** mary mix. Ordered a dark stormy instead and the waiter came back to let us know they were out of dark rum. Seriously, no **** mary mix or dark rum at a bar on a Wednesday at 5:00pm?? Had them make the drink with light rum instead. Waiter then took our food orders, both lobster dishes at market price (not sure what market they were buying at, other area restaurants were much less expensive at market price). Another loud, drinking group was seated at part of our table. Did not see waiter again until after well after food was delivered, he never even came by to check on our drinks. Overall, not the best experience, poor service and high prices."

"I stopped at Crabby's Bar very briefly after doing a Sunday lunch cruise on the Calypso Queen which is located just across the street from Crabby's. First off, the lunch cruise on the Calypso Queen was fantastic! My husband and I discussed that we'lldefinitely go again with family visiting from out of town. The music was great, the captain was very knowledgeable and full ofhumor, the crew serving food were friendly and the lunch buffet was good with a couple of options for vegan and gluten-freediners like me. We enjoyed the tour along with the crowd of people who we assumed were mostly visitors from out of town onvacation. It's about two hours and we enjoyed every moment. My husband had parked very far away from the Calypso Queen. Soafter the cruise was over, he had to go get the car and it was very hot waiting outside the Calypso Queen. Not only was it hot,it was humid. I was ???? and thirsty so I decided to walk across the street to Crabby's Bar to get a cold water. It was verybusy and the bartender was kind. I got a cold water which made me feel cooler immediately and I sat until my husband pulled up.It was a very pleasant experience!"

"Some of the best seafood you’ll ever eat! As we sat down, we overheard someone saying to their kids that they’d be eating crab and shrimp as it’s some of the best in the country…well they were not wrong! Our awesome hostess Cristina, helped us navigate the menu and we chose fire roasted Bairdi crab and calamari both were absolutely delicious! Kids menus offer burgers chicken tenders etc and they went down a treat with our two. There is a trick to getting all the crab meat cleanly from each leg thankfully Cristina showed us how and not only did it taste amazing but you get a real sense of achievement when you do it right!! Keylime pie and margaritas were good too!"

"Went to Crabby's dockside in Fort Pierce, FL after a day on the water. Sat upstairs for my second visit to this establishment. They were not busy this early evening. The view of the City Marina below was nice. Madison was my server. She was outstanding. Because it was a little slow, she could spend extra time at my table and make sure everything was satisfactory. I ordered the seafood(shrimp, scallops mussels)pasta. It really was outstanding and couldn't be better. It is comforting to know that their shrimp were the local red shrimp from the deep waters of the east coast of Florida. Scallops were large cold water scallops and the mussels were fresh. Linguine pasta was cooked to perfection. Red sauce delish. This dish was appropriately priced at 24 dollars. Considering That I got two more meals at home from the leftovers, it becomes a great value. This is most likely my first 5 star review and well deserved. Thanks for reading."

"I visited the restaurant on Friday night and, unfortunately, encountered an upset customer who reacted in a completely unreasonable manner. The manager remained professional and accommodating, but this customer was relentless! Katie, the server, handled the situation exceptionally well. I want to commend those young women for maintaining their composure throughout the ordeal!"

"The restaurant was hopping on our first visit to Shell Shack. My husband and I shared a bowl of the chicken and sausage gumbo, which was really good. After, I had grilled shrimp and hush puppies. The grilled shrimp doesn't come with any sides, so those must be ordered ala carte. The hush puppies were good, but the grilled shrimp was a huge disappointment. They were grilled with the shells on, which made the shells difficult to remove. The shrimp were large, but VERY tough. My husband ordered The Boss, which is fried catfish, shrimp, hush puppies, and fries. The catfish wasn't that good, had the real fishy dirt taste that catfish sometimes has. The shrimp were large, fried with a flour batter, no cornmeal, and once again, very tough. Although our meal was disappointing, we had THE BEST SERVER, Joshua, which is the only reason for the 4 stars. He was personable, charming, and attentive. We never had to ask for drink refills or anything, as he was on the ball! I don't see us ever returning to Shell Shack since there are much better seafood restaurants around, but it was nice to try out a new place."
