"I and my friend love the sandwiches here. We always get a sausage and cheese bagel and put hashbrowns inside. The food is so good and I always look forward to eating from here. The only thing I think ruins it for allies of people I have seen in the comments is the woman who works forward. I understand that we all have bad days, but the costumer service and bad attitude they all have are depressing. I'm just going for dinner because it's worth me, but as far as customer service is not good at all. I give this review for the food!! This place really needs to think new who works for them and start looking for different employees, it seems to allies of people from every return and that is a huge problem. Great food if you can treat the woman before work. Actually, other people need to hire, who like to help and know how to treat people kindly."

"Delicious food at a reasonable price with great service! We got the tofu and blackberry panini and the short rib grilled cheese. Both were creative sandwiches that tasted really good, with toasty bread and tofu and beef that were just the right texture! The tofu was smooth and not crumbly. It’s blackened and definitely quite spicy. The short rib was braised or stewed, making it tender and flavorful. I appreciated the unique options of peanut noodles or salad as a complimentary side, and the peanut noodles and black bean and corn salad were both great. We’ve went here while visiting the Hudson Valley Rail Trail a couple times and I really recommend it (and the adjacent pizza place) as a lunch spot right off the trail. It’s a pretty small place with some good seats (including a small window-facing table), but it might be hard to find seating during busy times. Overall I was really impressed by the high quality of Lola’s Cafe and their menu of familiar dishes with a creative twist. I highly recommend visiting!"

"I wouldn't recommend this restaurant at all. They call it Nepalese, but it's just a fancy name for Indian food that I love. There are many excellent Indian restaurants here, but this is not one of them. Firstly, there were no other customers when we got there. Two parties came in after us and we dealt with them before we did. We expressly told the waitress everything mild. When we ordered a birayani she forgot to tell us until we complained that it is always spicy. We started with an inedible lentil soup. It was cold and salty. We asked for hot tea and she said they had gone out that afternoon. Our chicken tikka was all sauce and very little chicken. We sent it back and told them to add more chicken. The shrimp dish was the same - all sauce and hardly any shrimp. The sauces over the rice were pleasant, but overpriced for how little you got. We enjoyed the starter of Mo MO and the Chana Masala. I love Mango Lassi, but they just poured it out of a 1 gallon container. It was probably pre-made in the supermarket. Don't go here when we have such a large and diverse Indian community with excellent restaurants across the region."

"The food is ok I guess but it’s definitely not the reason for why you chose too come here lol. The menu is pretty generic and a bit pricey for what you get but if you just want a place to hangout with the guys and enjoy the views while you wait for the food to arrive then there is no better place! Plenty of TVs throughout the restaurant so you can glance at the game before you go back to seeing the highlights."

"I ordered a regular Italian sandwich and clearly requested no cheese, but unfortunately, they didn’t listen. To make matters worse, they used the wrong bread and had to remake my sandwich three times, without getting it right halfway through. They even grilled the salami, which wasn’t what I wanted. After waiting for 30 minutes with no resolution, I decided to leave and go to Panda Express instead. Before I left, I expressed my frustration about the terrible service and atmosphere at this Jersey Mike's and vowed never to return. Interestingly, I saw some Jersey Mike's staff at Panda as well."

"I had a wonderful time at the Mother's Day Brunch at 401, especially enjoying the complimentary mimosas for all the mothers. The variety of food options was impressive. I particularly loved the croissant French toast, so much so that I took some home, while my mother thoroughly enjoyed the crab cake Eggs Benedict. The service was excellent—as always—very attentive and friendly. The prices were quite reasonable for the quality offered, making it a great value overall. I also appreciated that they accept reservations for smaller parties of fewer than six, which is a nice touch. I'll definitely be returning because we love 401, and my mother will surely consider it again for next Mother's Day."

"I absolutely love the Paradise Point smoothie, but I've noticed that there are often small pieces of plastic in it. I initially thought it might be coming from the straw, but I've checked every time, and that's not the case. It could be from the cups, but I'm not certain. Regardless, I really dislike consuming plastic. On a positive note, the service is always excellent!"

"Customer oriented - friendly, attentive.  Unfortunately, it doesn't translate into their food.  I ordered the Park Avenue on a wheat sub roll with lettuce a little bit of mayo and side pasta salad.   It was on a white sub roll, lots of mayo, and no prosciutto.  The pasta was mayonnaise based like a chicken or a tuna salad?!  The pasta salad should have been a oil based dressing - there was no description on the menu - I should've asked >:/"

"We stopped by to grab some subs to take home. When I went inside, I noticed a line and saw that only one person was making the subs, indicating they were short-staffed. The manager came out from the kitchen to assist and informed everyone about the staffing issues, offering refunds to anyone who couldn't wait. The man making the subs worked efficiently, and despite the number of people in line, it moved relatively quickly. Our subs turned out perfectly, just as we wanted. I want to express my gratitude to the staff for their outstanding work. It's important to remember that many restaurants are facing staffing challenges through no fault of their own, so please be kind and patient!"

"I'm usually a fan of toasted sandwiches, but this cold cut creation with the oils and vinegar oozing out is absolutely satisfying. It's definitely not a sandwich you want to eat in the car, as it can get messy, so I recommend enjoying it quickly and with plenty of napkins. "I had a wonderful experience at this café. The coffee was excellent—I ordered a latte and it did not disappoint. I also tried a poppy seed bagel, and they spread on a generous amount of cream cheese, which was delightful. To top it off, I had a black and white cookie that was incredibly soft and airy; it was both satisfying and had a rich buttery flavor. Highly recommend!"
