"My buddies came down to Delaware from New Jersey to have a fellas golf weekend this past weekend. We get done our last round and get seated at Tyler’s, a place I’ve been several times before. The waitress comes up and takes our drink orders. After taking the drink orders she asks for ID. We all give her the ID’s, and she goes to ring in the drink order. She comes back and says that she will need our ID’s again. She brings them up to the bartender, and the bartender wouldn’t serve us any drinks because she said the IDs were fake. We are all 25-26 years old. I was just flat out shocked. I wasn’t sure why they would accuse us of trying to use fake IDs, but I can tell you I’ve seen several people who looked younger than us being served at Tyler’s before without any issues. It was a busy night so my best guess would be the bartender just didn’t feel like dealing with us. The waitress came back to try to take our food order. I said forget it, we will go somewhere else if you don’t want our business. We went to Kid Shelleen’s, which we should’ve done in the first place. Better food, atmosphere, staff, and everything all around. Please do not go to Tyler’s. Do yourself a favor and drive an extra 15 minutes to kid shelleens, or even Chuck lager right up the road is much better."
