"I went out for pizza tonight, and the owner was incredibly kind! Initially, I ordered a white slice and requested tomato sauce to go with it. He went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied, even providing some sauce in a container on the side. He was very friendly. When my total came to less than the ten-dollar minimum for card payments, he let it slide, which was really generous of him. Some owners would just offer you a soda to meet their quota! While my pizza was being heated, we had a wonderful conversation. I will definitely be back. Thank you for bringing a smile to my face after a long day!"

"The service left much to be desired. One of the waiters had a visibly displeased expression. We were a group of ten, and when it came time to take our orders, we could only order one item at a time. We weren't allowed to place our entire order at once, so we had to start with appetizers, followed by entrées. Additionally, we could only provide our drink orders at the very end, and even that required us to get the waitstaff's attention. As for the food, it was merely acceptable."

"The eggplant rollatini was gross. The pizza is ok, everything is average. The food quality is supposed to be much better at this price point judging by other similar priced restaurants. The people answering the phones are constantly unprepared to take downorders and/or answer questions about the food. I've worked in the restaurant business for over a decade, front and back of thehouse, and I know it doesn't take much effort to have a pen and notepad ready by the phone at all times. The people answeringthe phone should also have some idea of what's on the menu, rather than having to run back and forth from the kitchen to askquestions. If the chef can't/won't make sated vegetables as a side dish just because they're not on the official menu, you needto hire a new chef. Get it together, Giovanni!"

"Not a star I am super upset I called my order in they said 45 minutes I came to the store in 45 minute to get my order and was told the order was not started and they will get it right I told them I don’t mind waiting I just want my food. He said to come back in 20 more minutes and he will get me right I believed him! My kids were waiting 3 hours and when I got back he said there was no more dough so he couldn’t make the pizza and still charged full price for the wings combo that I waited 3 hours for I was not accommodated in any way shape or form and had to go home to tell my kids there was no food for them I was super upset and yes the food is good if you can get it. Communication is key and the fact I drove up there in the freezing cold twice and still did not get my order this business really need to do better"

"The meatballs on 12" Meatballs Ricotta pizza tasted like meatloaf. The crust was bland. Cooked well. The lobster ravioli was yumm. The mozzarella sticks were cold and thick crusted. The Hawaiian pizza was ok. Would not order again. Would prefer dominos and definitely dominos isnt yummy but much cheaper and not nasty"

"I called to order a pizza on Christmas Day at 9 PM, and the employee told me I needed to order more food for delivery. I offered to pay extra but mentioned I didn't want to order food that would go to waste, and then he hung up on me. When I called back, I was hung up on again. The service was terrible, and I do not recommend this place. If the owner sees this, please ensure your manager provides better training for your staff. That's advice from one pizzeria owner to another. Merry Christmas."

"What a hidden gem! I used to work in an Italian restaurant in Santa Monica that celebrities frequented, including Jimmy Smith, Betty White, Sugar Ray Leonard, Ben Stiller, and Sylvester Stallone. The Fettuccine Alfredo and Chicken Parmigiana here taste just like those dishes did back then—absolutely sublime, they practically melt in your mouth. And all of this comes at a third of the price, paired with excellent, polite, and attentive customer service, conveniently close to home. The steak sandwich is also delicious. I can’t wait to go back and try the Eggplant Parmigiana and the Antipasto Salad!"

"When I first entered, I asked for a plane window and was told it was $3.? You know in new york if it's not a dollar, then it's a no. Anyway, I still paid for the disc, and when I told them it was worth it, it was really worth it. Great customer service, had a nice conversation with the young man who he is really nice and polite. Anyway about the pizza, this disc really filled me and tasted fresh not like these $1 discs. jankee pizza slices taste like a high quality pizza that doesn't even lie. the crust was crispy, not to burn, but perfect. and I noticed they have different sizes of cakes that is so brilliant. in any case, stop here more often."
