"First of all the food was good, not great in our opinion, but good. Portions were generous and prices seemed reasonable (at least until the surcharge). There were a couple of main reasons we would not go back. First of all, the 3.5% surcharge on all card purchases (credit and debit) which I find ridiculous. Obviously not many people carry $200+ in cash so it is essentially a meal surcharge increase your prices if this is necessary especially at a high price restaurant. Secondly, the time to service was very long we ended up spending 2 hours here and did not order appetizers or dessert. It was busy but extremely slow."
