"I placed an online order for a mushroom pizza for pickup. When I arrived 20 minutes later, my order was not ready. The only pizza they had available was topped with pepperoni, spinach, and onion. They offered to add mushrooms to it afterward, but the pizza was not even hot and didn’t have any tomato sauce. My lunch break is limited, so I didn’t have time to wait for them to prepare my actual order instead of giving me someone else's unclaimed pizza. It’s really frustrating when an online order can’t be fulfilled correctly."
