"I donât understand how this place is still in business. We had reservations for Valentineâs Day. We ordered escargot for an appetizer, which was OK, and I had a bowl of soup which was also OK. But we had to flag down our server for everything, she never came to check on us, so anytime we wanted something else we had to track her down. And it took forever for any food or drinks to come. By the time we got our entrees, we had already been there for almost hours. When we received our entrees, they were almost inedible. I felt like I was on an episode of Kitchen Nightmares. The seafood and steak had obviously been frozen, was way over cooked, rubbery, and completely flavorless. I could hardly chew the shrimp it was so over cooked. For a âsteak and seafoodâ place, and with the prices they charge (my entree was it was completely ridiculous. We ended up sending the entrees back, just paying for the appetizers and drinks, and leaving. Went across the street to the hibachi grill and had a delicious meal for half the price."
