"Note: This experience was via DoorDash. My wife and I dont splurge on DoorDash much anymore, but we were so stressed this past week we decided to indulge. I have a gluten issue so I had to scour DoorDash for places with gluten free options. I stumbled upon Burgerology which I felt was fate since someone was talking to me and mentioned it this past week. Kinda pricey, but I know food everywhere is plus the DD fees.I ordered for myself, my wife, and my daughter. For me I got a medium rare cheeseburger on a gluten free bun, cheddar cheese, onions. I asked for honey mustard on the side. My wife got a medium rare cheeseburger on a pretzel bun, cheddar cheese, and sautéed mushrooms. My daughter got chicken fingers and honey mustard on the side. The food got here and it was a huge disappointment. It was all wrong. They had switched all the ingredients on my wife's burger and mine, which is further an issue due to my gluten allergy. Not only that, but they forgot my onions. She bit into what she thought was her burger at first and it was way overcooked. That's when we realized something was off and realized the ingrdients were all wrong. I also didn't get my honey mustard, nor did my daughter. On top of it, I tried a regular fry from my wifes food and it tasted burnt.I called the restaurant and the girl was very apologetic. She said that sometimes DoorDash orders come in wrong. I've never had this issue with any restaurant and we've used DoorDash for years.Luckily I was able to get a refund from DoorDash."

"Went in for Free RPG Day and like too many other stores the swag for Free RPG Day was behind a pay wall, which is code for people buying table time food at Game Train USA. Definitely not the intention of Free RPG Day, which is sad as I really want a FLGS after not having one for some time.Note to the owners, if you want to welcome people in via Free RPG Day maybe be more welcoming and generous. That is a great program to build up goodwill and bring people in.It is not all bad, despite the above off putting item. I would have given it a solid four stars as I think they get most things right. They have a full bar, which is a welcome addition to the gaming scene. They serve real food, which is better than any other gaming hangout in town. They have a lot going on. Games, painting and so on.Great location, which used to be a long suffering Vietnamese-Thai-Chinese restaurant. Easy to get to.The décor is on point and very well done in a steampunk style. There are many options for eating and playing. From a train car loaded with tables and faux scenery rolling by to private rooms.Plenty of games on hand to play during your visit. This is a gaming destination, but what it is not is a gaming store. The RPG side of their microscopic store front is sparse. There is some Warhammer 40k in a small area. A teeny tiny bit of MTG. Their board game area is okay, but tilts towards casual pick up and play. Will I be back? Maybe, maybe not. I like the idea of a place to go to paint and drink a beer or two. But I also like good first impressions and that was lacking. There will always be more beer, but not first impressions.Parking: Plenty of parking, thought he store itself is a little hidden and it may not be obvious where to park."
