"Overall, the experience was just average. The goat cheese was tasty, but when I ordered a second beer, it took at least 15 minutes to arrive, despite the server's apology. A beer should take no more than 2 minutes. The place was busy, but only half full, so that was surprising. The scallops and risotto were good, but at $35, they didn't seem worth it. Our son had the burger, which was cooked perfectly and quite delicious. The pork potatoes were described as good, but they didn't meet restaurant standards. I expected them to be crispy, but they were anything but. The server didn’t check in with us after delivering our food, and for over $100 for three people, I left feeling a bit disappointed."

"I saw the pictures online and heard the beautiful words “Chicago Style”. And although our sever was polite, friendly and on top of it, the food was lacking. The deep dish was one dimensional-Tomato Sauce, and not even very good tomato sauce. The pizza bread was flavorless as was the cheese. HUGE disappointment compared to Gino’s East, Lou Malnatti’s and countless others (it’s not even as good as the frozen Gino’s I have shipped to my home). To be fair, my wife liked her pasta with scampi and my cesar salad (although it wasn’t really like a cesar) was pretty good-hence the 3 rating. Anyway, I’ll never go back as I was very disappointed!"

"I enjoyed dining at The Hot Mess, as it offered delicious comfort food with an Asian fusion flair. The portion size of the Halibut was generous, but it was slightly dry. The service was excellent, although I was the only customer at the time of my visit. It was 5:00 PM local time and I had just arrived from a flight. I would consider returning to try the restaurant again, but would suggest to the chef not to overcook the halibut."

"Gotta rave about this restaurant. I have been trying to find good Chicago style deep dish pizza in California for 23 years and found it here, quite by accident. My Wife and I both are originally from Chicago, and we are very familiar with what makes a good, no, great deep dish pizza. This place got it right! We split a small size, with only Italian sausage (good quality sausage too), we started off with the regular size Italian chopped salad. This was plenty of food for us both and probably too much for a couple of average eaters. The staff was courteous and helpful, very professional. The restaurant was clean and very pleasant, with windows open to the sidewalk and an outdoor patio. There is a full bar which features a happy hour menu. The restrooms were well maintained, clean and fully stocked. Service was quick. The price for all this was not bad either! We had two iced teas as well, and the bill, with tax, came out to just $36.96! About what you would pay for a couple of burgers in a casual dining restaurant. All in all, I, we highly recommend this restaurant and will be coming back again."

"This is a Restaurant we go to every two weeks. Today we were Greeted and given worst table right near the door despite open tables. We did not ask to be moved as I was incredulous that the matre d would put us there. Later I realized this would not work and asked to move but was told couldn’t be accommodated. Wife is asthmatic and after over 2 hours of the door opening and with many people coming in (it was Valentine’s Day so many were caked in perfume), evening was a disaster. Because of this and because of table location, wife had asthma attack later in evening as we left. Did not require a hospital visit but bad nonetheless. We have always thought this restaurant had great food but everything else from wine list to service to speed of being served was below average, after today we will not go back and will tell our friends to avoid this restaurant. Thank God my wife is OK from the asthma attack."

"I ordered food for carry-out. I was told it would be 15 minutes. I went 30 minutes later, 5 people walked by me without asking me anything. Then when I was asked what I needed, I told them I had a carry-out order my name. Then stood there for almost 10 more minutes waiting for them to bring it to me. I just left because I was on a time crunch.It should have been ready to go when I got there. Not sure what the issue is, but hopefully they get that straightened out."

"Our server was wonderful helping us decide what to order and then insuring we had time between courses. The server was always attentive and friendly plus brought us carry out boxes before asking. Inside Pasquale’s is immaculate warm and inviting. The music was classic Italian songs at a level you can still talk to your friends. Outstanding!! Plus all the food was the best Italian I’ve had in a long long time. We will be back many times."

"A pretty solid place for take out and standard Italian dishes. Good gluten free choices and the GF broccoli and cauliflower crust options on the pizza are also pretty tasty. I’ve also had pasta and wings here. Both are always pretty consistent. The staff here is pleasant when you call and they have your food, mostly, ready on time. I’ve been to the west Seneca location as well and the food is pretty seamless which is nice to know what you are getting. The portions are pretty big and a fair price for the price. After eating here I can look forward to having leftovers for lunch the next day. I just did a take out order and picked up a small pizza and Tuscan salads with chicken. The pizza was for someone else but it looked good and was hot when I picked it up. Overall the salads were nice. Lots of chicken and it had a decent amount of toppings and what seemed like a homemade balsamic vinaigrette. My only call out is that there were hardly any apples and they were a bit flavorless and brown. They had probably been sitting around awhile and they looked a bit sad. If I ordered this again I’d hope that there would be more fresh apples. Other than that the spring mix was fresh, the chicken was cooked well, and the blue cheese, apples, walnuts and dried cranberries went together nicely. I was happy that they didn’t put piping hot chicken in the salad like a lot of places do because by the time you get home the lettuce wilts. If you are in the area and need a decent meal, check them out!"

"What a great find! The drinks and food were both really good and the wings were delish and enormous. We happened on to this fun place on trivia night which added to the atmosphere. But it was Michelle, the bartender (and manager who made us feel so welcome and right at home. We are from out of town and would recommend this bar and restaurant to anyone. This lounge was a great find."

"Went here with friends after a few drinks. The menu here is quite extensive with traditional Italian dishes. There is something for almost everyone here. One thing not on the menu is chicken Murphy. But I asked our waiter if the kitchen could make it. He asked for the ingredient list, I provided it and out it came. One of my friends ordered the same and another took advantage of the Italian sampler. Each of us found our meal to be excellent and more than we could eat in one sitting. We took two bottles of wine and paid a small cork fee $25) to open two very nice bottles. Overall, Prego is a little gem with upsCale service and vibe. If you’re in the area, give them a try. I don’t think you will be disappointed."

"So disappointed with our lunch experience. Our server, Ann S. Was not friendly or helpful. She was very slow to come back to our table for our order and when we asked if it was possible to split the check at the end for us she said maybe but you know it gets really busy here so I don't know. In the end she did split but seemed to be put out. Did not seem concerned or to offer much when I indicated I needed gluten-free. Said I could probably have a salad. I decided to order chicken. I did enjoy the grilled chicken with mushrooms and avocado. It was tasty. A friend had the Ruben sandwich. She said that the bread was not very toasted which can lead to a soggy sandwich. Another friend ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich. Apparently she had never had anything with buffalo sauce and did not know that it was hot. It was so spicy that she was unable to eat it. She told the waitress who asked if she would like to take it home. Not sure how that would help. No offer of anything else. She said you ordered it and Buffalo is hot so you should have known. They charged her for the meal and when we asked to talk to the manager, he said the same thing the Buffalo is hot and she should have known. I did share half of my chicken with her and had to ask the waitress if she could bring a bun and some ranch sauce for my friend. She brought the bun but no ranch. Also never returned for lemon for my friends water. I also mentioned to the manager that the waitress said I could not use my 10% off yelp discount. He said that's right we only take paper coupons. I don't even want to get into all my thoughts on that. On a positive note, the meatballs were delicious. Two in our party ordered them and said they really enjoyed them. Also, I love the Irish pub type feel of the restaurant. I would say that working on their customer service would be helpful to the dining experience."

"I am an enthusiastic pizza type and Amante is a great pizza place! I always suspect on “gourmet” pizza, how that can mean that they don’t get pizza, but not here – they really have good pizza and good service. Most important for me is crust and cheese crust was crispy outside with some bubbles and good “Chewiness” once bite. Cheese was just enough, but not too much and was the real deal. The ingredients were super fresh- great peppers and the Italian sausage was great!!! Thin cut not balled. We also had a Greek salad and it was super fresh and really good olives and feta cheese. Service was so friendly and attentive and they just do a good job. Our night!!! I promise you you won't be disappointed"

"I love cracker crust pizza, this isn't that, but a thin bread that is so tasty!!!! The boneless BBQ wings were very tasty. First time here and now I will make sure to get pizza here every time I visit my family!!! Parking: The shop is in the Ralph's shopping area with shared parking with all stores. There is even one exit at a light to make it easier if you need to make a left turn out of the lot . Wheelchair accessibility: There is some Wheelchair parking spots throughout the lot with at least one right in front of the store."

"It was my favorite pizza but I know what happens in the last months of 2024 it is no longer the same the quality change is less, I loved the pizza for its quality of cheese and it almost doesn't even have cheese even so on 2 occasions I ask for extra cheese even though they charge me additional doesn't matter I just want extra still they don't have enough cheese, I think they have a new employee because not the same and I don't like it, anyway my pizza was very toasted with a very dark color on the bottom as if it was baked for several Sometimes the truth was that it was the best in all of Bradenton but it is NOT a shame but you can still improve since it is a good place, excellent service and a good place."

"Our first time here, celebrated our 30th anniversary. They had a nice seat in the train car room reserved for us. They did not acknowledge our anniversary, which was a bit of a disappointment. Our waitress was super attentive for the first 10 minutes then disappeared for the next twenty. So we waited 30 minutes to put our order in. My wife enjoyed the ribs and I had the tilapia, which was quite meaty. The cream sauce however was quite heavy and drenched the fish, defeating the purpose of trying to eat health. The chocolate tower dessert was very good. Prices were quite reasonable."
