"The ordering process is done downstairs at the register, breakfast menu to the right! The staff was very helpful with this, as I was intent on running upstairs immediately. Best French toast I think I've ever had. The combo was ok. Eggs were good and fluffy. But 100% try those Frenchies. Atmosphere was legit. Went for the view and was impressed. There's the ocean! Coffee was good too. They have a coffee bar and they give you a mug. Good stuff. Will be back!"

"For Mother's Day we went to Ki's for the first time for lunch. Not knowing what to expect, we were greeted with an unfriendly attitude when we were confused on how to order. I was under the impression we would be waited on and serviced at our own table. We made a reservation for 2 o'clock. And there was no table ready. The upstairs dining room was very noisy and chaotic. We had to self serve our drinks self serve our napkins and utensils. We ordered chips and salsa as an appetizer and received them last. Half of our group got their food and almost finished before we got the second half for our table. I had to send back the fries because they were cold as well. Ordering from the counter you also had to provide a tip amount before receiving service so that didn't make sense when I had to self serve everything. It just did not seem very ambient for a nice lunch on Mother's Day. I am hearing that the dinner service is much better, but not sure if I will be returning."
