"I ordered a Steak Neil, but the steak arrived more on the rare side, even though I had requested medium well, and it came without any toppings or sauce. The waiter kindly brought the toppings and sauce on the side. However, since the steak was undercooked and cold, I asked for it to be cooked a bit longer. When it came back from the kitchen, it was still not properly cooked, but at least it was served on a hot plate.
Another member of our group ordered the seafood pasta, which he found disappointing, although he enjoyed the salmon and shrimp. He also tried the lemon turkey soup, but he remarked that it surprisingly lacked a noticeable lemon flavor. Given the prices, I expected a more impressive experience, but unfortunately, it didn't meet those expectations.
Additionally, everyone in our party noticed that the restaurant had a tired appearance. It has been around for many years and could really use a makeover, some exterior maintenance, and a repaved parking lot.
As for the dining experience itself, our seating arrangement consisted of two different styles of tables pushed together, which felt quite cramped. One of the booths was higher than the others and faced into the dining room, making it difficult to have a private conversation as nearby guests' discussions carried over to our table."
