"Update! This place decided to get back to me 7 months after my issue and instead of being apologetic about the issue, they wanted to patronize me. This place is garbage food ran by garbage people! Honestly hope they shut down one day!Just got my order. Everything was terrible!The calamari was burnt and looked like they gave me only half the order.The wings were extremely soggy and showed a quality worse than 7-11.The pasta had burnt chunks all over it. You know, when you burn the bottom of the pot for the heat being too high. They just decided to scrape that garbage and mix it with the dish.When I called the restaurant asking for a refund I was told to call Uber eats which they do not have a phone number. I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR THIS GARBAGE ?️Please note these comments are opportunities for improvement... Take advantage of it."

"Came for lunch special. Ordered the Bianca pizza which tasted really good. Comes with fries or salad. Ordered the Truffle fries which is great as usual. I visit the restaurant infrequently. The taste of the food I try when I visit is always consistently fresh and well prepared. I've tried five different types of pizzas. Three types of pasta dishes and the drinks are unique and they use fresh fruit if part of the drink. Chef Alex is great and the staff is very accommodating."

"New to the area, I received a coupon for a free large cheese pizza from Nick's. Normally I don't pay these any mind but decided to see if they had vegan options... And they do! I called and they honored the coupon if I paid difference in cost. I got a large pizza with vegan cheese (Daiya), vegan sausage crumbles and onions. It was great! The pizza is a very good size. My wife and I will get two meals each out of the pizza. I can't wait to try their Sicilian pizza next."

"I made a reservation for 7:30. It was my son's birthday. We also stayed at the River Crab Hotel. We sat at 7:45 am. At 8:05 a.m. nobody had come to our table. Had to ask for water and 8:15 a boy brought us water and said he would send a waitress. 8:30 no waitress got up and asked the hostess to send a waitress please. 8:40 no one yet. Each waitress distributed the table like we weren't even there. I was so upset we got up and left the restaurant and went somewhere else. There were four of us and my son's birthday was totally ruined !!!!! I have never treated this badly in a restaurant in my life. I will be sure to tell my friends about the terrible service we received. NO apologies for this kind of service !!!!!!!!!"

"Stop by here for lunch on occasion and just constantly disappointed. Why is the food so much worse than the other sister Mario's locations? Core marinara sauce tastes straight from a can.... Pizza is either undercooked or scalding hot never in the middle.... Knots are soggy. Why do I come here, you ask? Mainly because it's a lot less busy than the other spots in the area like Victors which is great when I'm in a rush. The dining room is clean and the workers are friendly. As a big fan of the other locations, someone needs to look into why it's so different."

"Called to place an order for delivery at 5:07 pm and the order never arrived until 6:43 pm! After calling twice to see where the driver was, they said they didn’t know.. when the food finally arrived the delivery driver drove away and was sight seeing!!! The food was good, not the best. The staff was irresponsible by not even calling us to let us know they were lost which we would have been more than happy to help assist with directions. Not a great first ever experience with Johnny Jr’s Pizzeria!"

"This is undoubtedly the best crazy salad you'll ever try! I've traveled extensively and sampled salads across four continents, but none can compare to this one. If you want extra avocado, it's just a dollar or two extra—totally worth it! The pizza slices are delicious, and the tacos are fantastic as well. Knock on wood, but this is genuinely the only place I trust near Dover; I don’t even check my bag before leaving because they always get my order right. There are never any missing utensils or sauces; everything is always perfect. This is truly my favorite place anywhere! I've never had any issues after eating here, and the staff is always courteous. Please don’t ever leave Dover—better yet, take me with you! This is hands down the best salad you'll ever have! Everyone is super friendly, and they hardly ever make mistakes. I don't even check my bag before I leave, which is quite a statement in Delaware! The salads are amazing, the tacos are fantastic, and the pizza is great too! Don’t miss out on this gem. I've never been sick after a meal here; highly recommended!"

"This place is great..I can literally walk there they have the best vegan/gluten free pizza you will ever have in your life! If I had to drive hours to come here, I would. I have also recently tried the vegan/gluten free brownie it was so deceptive I would wager money that no one will be able to say that it is not milk or gluten. It was $6 for 1 brownie I thought was extremely high. If it were less, I would definitely get it much more often, but $12 for two is too high for me. At this point, I can make a batch myself... still in a pinch.. overtakes delicious. Come here if you're 1. Love good food, 2. Have food restrictions 3. Want to have the best pizza of your life. (Your BBQ sauce is to die for) They also have many not vegan / gluten free products as well as what they offer is incredible!!! You have to try, you won't be disappointed."

"Love the food and personal service!! The prices are very reasonable and Nella goes out of her way to please you. It’s way more than a pizzeria in my opinion it should be Bella’s Italian Restaurant and Pizzeria because so much more than pizza. My husband and I absolutely love going to Bella La Pizzeria so much that we have gone 3 4 times a month over the past several years. Now that we moved out of state we can’t go as often as we did but whenever we are in the area we come to enjoy the made to order dishes and friendly service from our dear friends Nella and Pino. It really is like coming home to family. We have tried just about everything on the menu and have some personal favorites, of which I posted pictures. We really like that it’s a BYOB restaurant!! Everything is delicious from the bruschetta and home made rolls, salad, appetizers, pizza, entrees, cappuccino and espresso and desserts (try the homemade cannolis) you just can’t go wrong. It’s also a casual, take your time kinda place that will soon become your favorite place to go. I can’t forget to mention the cozy ambiance with music by Frank Sinatra playing in the background. Don’t forget Pino’s famous garlic thin crust pie—it’s fabulous, we highly recommend it!!! I also had a private lunch there that was made very special for a very special group of hardworking ladies that volunteer full time. Thanks so much Nella, Pino and Karen for all the fabulous food and service over the years!!!"

"Since the management changed, the restaurant seemed promising, but today was disappointing. I placed my order and waited for 30 minutes before the manager had to remind the cook to start preparing it. During this time, one of the employees who initially took my order was sitting down enjoying their lunch while I waited. When my food finally arrived, I received an apology. I expressed my surprise that it took 30 minutes just to get my order started, but the manager just chuckled as if it was funny and then walked away. That was the final straw for me, and I won't be coming back. It's worth noting that I was the only customer in the restaurant, so there was really no excuse for the delay."

"The pizza is amazing and the service is good. Sometimes, when it gets really busy the level decreases, so just be patient. However, the food remains constant. I am big fan of the Vinny's special pie, their salads with grilled chicken and their chicken soup. Also their antipasto salad is massive, so try to stay with the small one though. So far i haven't found anything on their menu which my family or I don't like. Just try to avoid the peak times on Friday and Saturday. Otherwise you will be waiting +1 hour for pickup or closer to 2 for delivery. Also small piece of advice, keep an eye on the parking lot since delivery drivers tend to park anywhere and sometimes they might block your car and won't allow you to leave. Thankfully the folks at Vinny's will get out of the way quickly unlike the ones from the other businesses."
