"The food at this restaurant is delicious, but ordering over the phone can be a frustrating experience. There seems to be a language barrier as I'm not sure if they speak English, Spanish, or Italian, but I am fluent in all three. When I tried to order a "steak and cheese," it was impossible to get my order right. However, when I ordered online, the food was tasty. Today, we ordered a "bacon pizza," but received a "vegan pizza" instead. When I called to correct the order, it took multiple attempts and explanations to finally get it sorted out. Despite the mix-up, the food quality is not the issue, it's the difficulty with telephone orders. If I were the owner, I would suggest outsourcing the calls to ensure orders are placed accurately. Additionally, the manager tried to convince me that vegan food is expensive and good, but I explained that it was not what I had ordered. Overall, this experience was frustrating, especially since it was our three year anniversary dinner that we had to take home to eat separately."
