"Our server was not attentive. My husband sat with no coffee for 20 minutes before he had to stand up and ask a different server for some. Then once he finished that cup it was another 20 minutes before he got a refill. My mom's food had a short black hair in it (they did take it off the bill). We didn't see the owner/manager who we used to see all the time. Maybe that's why things seem to have declined."
