The beans weren’t very good, but adding cream helped improve their taste. The waitress was friendly at first, but after taking my empty coffee cup, she didn’t come back. I eventually had to get up and catch her attention to request more coffee, as more customers had come in.
When I went to pay, she gave me a price without providing a bill. I asked to see an itemized receipt, and she said she didn’t have one, appearing annoyed. While she told me the prices for the items, she neglected to mention there was an extra charge for using a credit card. I decided to cancel the transaction, and only then did they print an itemized bill. The waitress seemed irritated with me and didn’t say a word as I left. She was fortunate to receive a $1.50 tip!"
