"We had dinner here at 6:00 on the first Friday of Lent. Party of six and not very many people at all in the restaurant. We did not get a waiter to our table for thirty minutes. Then four of us ordered water as our drink only two of us received the water until the meal showed up at the table. The appetizers came out the same time as the meal so obviously not ideal and all sorts of things cold and messed up. One person never received the baked potato she ordered with her steak. Two of the three steaks extremely tough. Never had this type of issues before at this restaurant. I assume it was a bad night. Manager came over and got a drink for four of the six of us early on when realized what all was going on. Not necessary but appreciate it. However, when waitress finally came back to table never refreshed anyone’s empty glasses and asked how the food was. We very clearly stated look we are not looking for anything and we realize getting the food prepared isn’t your job. But, you need to let the kitchen know this was really not up to par. Just so whoever’s supposed to be keeping an eye on it will know. Our waitress began crying and it was crazy as we did not direct anything at her personally and we did not want anything for free and we tipped we just where disappointed across the board with food and service then to top it off we left feeling horrible for giving an honest opinion. So subpar food and service we paid and tipped to leave feeling bad on top of it. The waitress said she’d been doing this for twenty-five years. I’m certain we are not the first people she has ever heard be disappointed in something. We did not yell, curse or ask for anything to be paid for by anyone other than us. There was no reason for us to have food and service like that and leave feeling bad. We probably will not be visiting this restaurant again anytime soon."

"I tooky Aunt visiting from Texas here for lunch. It was busy and noisy, but they were so sweet and charged my phone for me.Due to terminal cancer I couldn't eat much. I ordered the soup and my aunt ordered the fish sandwich. If you're going to Athens Georgia, stop by the restaurant and try it out. It's in the shopping center close to American thrift store and CiCis pizza. Vegetarian options: Gluten free menu"

"If you head into Pub 20, be prepared to be there quite a while before you get much service. We were there 20 minutes before getting our drinks, 40 minutes before our actual order was placed, so our whole stay was over an hour. It was not a busy place at all, maybe 2 or 3 other tables were occupied and the bar was not busy at all. I have to say, the scallop dish here at Pub 20 was really good! The scallops had the gritty in them, which was distracting, but they had good flavor and were tender. The veal parmesan was yummy but luke warm. The kids' grilled cheese came out with the rest of the meal, but the one child's meal with the hot dog arrived way late. Everyone was half done by the time it arrived. I would not return to the Pub 20 mainly due to the service, then the high prices for the amount of food you get."

"the food is so good! so delicious! smoked chicken teeth had made me a little sigh/mouse every time I had to bite. order them as they are because all ingredients on the taco combined make it what it is. we made the sirloin, pork bell, fried chicken, garnelen tacos. churro do had a reservation for 10 o'clock, rose by 10:03 o'clock to the host. probably looked at 10:05 o'clock. hostess brought food cards and ice water and told us our waitress closes another table and would be right with us. only 2 waiters in our opposite and we accepted what she was because she worked a bigger table of women who all paid and went slowly. the waitress often looked at us. after 25 minutes of no one who came to the table, my man stood up to ask the hostess, and this is when our waitress finally came by and greeted me while my man was still talking to the hostess. so my man goes up and sits, we ordered all foods at once our drinks, appetizers and maines (tacos garlic fries.) I told her we wanted to get the drinks and appetizers first, then the tacos and pommes. they brought out the riders super fast (intended to come with tacos) then 15 minutes later they bring the appetizers, then she tells me that they did not have the cable and asked if I was red to order another taco, I ordered the smoked huh to replace the cadry. then, when they bring out the food, she says the kitchen already closed so that she was not able to do it, the chicken taco substitute. it was just annoying, and honestly, that was all like a funny series of unfortunate events for me in every other night with probably every other server. but it was their personality that just raised the annoying for me. not apologetic and seemed a little disturbed. everything she said was like “so uNfOrTuNaTeLy.” anyway, that’s all I’ll say, but also, again, eating everything was so damn good man!"

"The good:Came here for date night on a Friday evening. Upon arrival we expected to wait, but the wait wasn 't bad. We talked to the nice hostess and waited 10 mins behind a couple who were sharing some S&M photos with each other. I wasn 't trying to look, but they weren 't exactly trying to be discreet.The atmosphere was great, I felt like I was placed in a time capsule and sent back to the late 90 's. Since that was the best decade next to the 80 's, I felt right at home.No issues with the service, we were brought drinks shortly after ordering them. Our server was pleasant and experienced enough to read the table. Allow us to order, answer our questions, and keep it professional. All checked.The food:Since this was my first time here I thought I 'd go with the highlighted restaurant named burger on the menu. Huge mistake. I ordered it medium because you never know which line cook is working. Cooked to imperfection on the high end of medium well. Super dry, less than warm, and not seasoned at all. It literally sucked all the moisture out of my body and I had to order another drink to wash it down. If I was to have a burger named after my restaurant, that 's the burger I would invest my good ingredients into. I would make it with a bigger fat ratio to render some juices into it and sear the outside to lock in all that love and season the **** out of it. Coarse salt and pepper with a little paprika. Super cheap and effective. Maybe throw on some fried onions. I don 't know, whatever railroad hands ate back then.My beautiful date got the Rueben. Buried in the the menu for some reason, this gem shined brightly as the star of the meal with the, I don 't know, ranch sauce, it came with. That was delicious. The meat was tender, the bread was crispy, and it was warmer than room temperature, with melty cheese. The meat was distributed perfectly. So perfectly, the only thing left at the end of its demise was finger length piece of crust.The conclusion:The food could have easily been a 5. I should have saved up my calorie intake for a whopper or similar. Due to the inconsistencies of making all the food with love, you get a 3.You did well in 2 out of the 3 graded areas for us. That isn 't too bad.Would I come back? Probably. I won 't go for the burger because I know based off the opinion of 1 guy on the internet that it will remain the same. At a minimum, at least change the name of the burger to, The 1880, and here, copy and paste this: This ol ' dry unseasoned piece of meat from 2 centuries ago with veggies on some bread. Your choice of cheese That way no one is tricked into getting it and leaving a poor review."

"salsa is pretty good, chips are quality. queso was firm and the beef, the bean, and the cheese nachos were solid. does not expect a selection of chicken fried steaks on a Mexican place, so will try to come back and try to beat the mood next time. the rest seems overpriced for quality. "They have a vegan menu attached to their regular menu which is awesome! I got the vegan potato nachos (pictured) and my boyfriend got the vegan crack wrap which he said was delicious as well. They have vegan nachos, chick'n tenders, wraps, burgers, etc. The only thing I didn't expect was that the place was a legit bar and it was pretty loud. We went at 10am and the music was blaring. It was hard to have a conversation. Aside from that it was great! Would go again...just not with my grandma. Haha."

"Ordered a philly style and woman ordered bacon Cheeseburger. Philly style was on point, but came with stale tortilla chips. Wife?s Burger came with false toppings. The employee took it back, they took Veggies and replaced the upper bungalow. Bottom Bungalow was soggy and Pommes had gotten cold until it was returned."

"Unfortunately, the staff was not helpful at all. We approached the ushers several times to address the situation, but nothing changed. On our fourth visit, a staff member even asked what we wanted them to do, as if it were not obvious. I didn’t know what to say—did they want us to confront the couple ourselves? It was frustrating and could have escalated into an unpleasant scene, all because the staff couldn’t manage the situation. On a positive note, the theater itself is fantastic, offering great amenities like alcoholic beverages, tasty food, and comfortable reclining seats. "I like this place. I have gone a couple times during its Jingle Junkie Christmas pop up and found it to be the coziest option in Wrigleyville so far. The food choices were great and offered a unique variety compared to others. There was no line to get in and the layout was not overwhelming like some of these bigger and louder bars on that strip. Also the owner sometimes bartends, and his recipes for glogg, hot cider and a special family holiday punch recipe were the some of the best offerings of these drinks I've enjoyed this season. Also well be returning to watch sports on the patio, love that they have an outdoor area to enjoy the games."

"Before having kids, we used to visit SMG quite often, so it's been a while since our last visit. The food was genuinely good back then, and it's still decent now. I tried the hatch Chile pasta, which I enjoyed. However, I was a bit let down by the kids' mac and cheese. At $11 for a small portion about the size of a salsa bowl, it seemed overpriced, especially considering it only came with a cookie and no sides. Although a drink is included, my child only wanted water. Overall, our bill came to around $90 for two adults and four young kids just for food, making it feel like a bit of a splurge."

"The good;This is a nice clean looking theater with very comfortable seats. It is a favorite of our family and we have came here for years.The okay:Friday night for a family of 6, tickets were reasonable at about $98.The bad:The food. For years we have enjoyed the fact that you can get a pretty decent meal, such a great idea, compared to popcorn.Tonight I came to the realization that the food, while all fancy sounding, is of terrible quality. I ordered burger sliders. Three mini burgers, that sound delicious, the problem is, when i bit into the first one, the patty was freezer cold. Not room temperature, but actually cold as if they pulled it from the fridge, popped it on the bun, and forgot to microwave it.Okay, everyone makes mistakes. I called for the server, explained the situation and the server was very polite and apologetic. He then took away my order and promised a redo.Round two, they brought me my order and this time it was even colder. They had put cheese on the burger patty but it was so cold, instead of melting the cheese, it made it harder.I called the server. Explained the situation, again the server was nice and apologetic. They offered a redo but honestly at this point, I was pretty grossed out and thinking about how much bacteria and such I had had just put in my mouth.In all fairness the manager did come and apologized, and they did offer me anything on the menu no charge, but I have to be honest, I don't trust them and did not want to get sick.Now mind you, there were 6 of us in all, and the other 5 enjoyed their meal. But, okay, I just spent $98 on tickets and $139 on 5 meals and to top it all, when they brought the ticket, they even included the bill for the 2 people next to us, so again, call the server, explain the situation get our neighbors charges off our bill....So, 3 stars because the theater is nice and comfortable, but they really need to get their act together with the kitchen or they are going to make someone really sick.I'll still take the family back, but I think food and drinks are best had elsewhere."

"We got there a little early so rather than eat there we stopped at BreWingZ, ate and had a few drinks. I’m pretty glad we did because of the pricing on the food and drinks. Basically it’s just appetizers. The service was good and prompt, though six dollars for a soda and six dollars for some M&Ms was a little overpriced. After we got out of the Movies we saw tons of staff member just playing around in the halls (which isn’t too professional) but I understand that’s how it is when your young I just would have had them tone it down if I was their manager. I loved the movie and no interruptions was great!"
