"My dad and I were going to Panera for lunch when we spotted Knox Burgers, thought we would give it a try. Surely a business that would go into the same center as a Panera would offer quality and be exceptional at their own specialty burgers? NO WAY! This was the worst place I have eaten in years! We shared a double burger there's more meat on a Big Mac and half the grease! The onion rings OMG they were WORSE than the worst frozen variety in the supermarket. Being a burger place-we assumed the onion rings would be made fresh-or at least of some quality. Attached a picture of the onion rings. And lets not forget what this dog food cost us?! for mediocre shakes and ONE burger with nasty onion rings that we shared (actually the onion rings went straight into the trash). This restaurant will not last long, they will be lucky to survive through you can't serve garbage, charge a steep premium for it and succeed, especially when there are far better offerings surrounding them. Consumers that enjoy going out for the quality they get from the frozen section at Walmart...is limited, and was evidenced in the fact that at (lunch hour), Knox Burger was NOT busy, meanwhile Littons, Chick Filet, Panera and others right on Broadway are packed at lunch hour. We won't be back, and it's doubtful that Knox Burgers will exist beyond and certainly won't exist beyond they have underestimated consumers to the point of being insulting."
