"I stumbled upon this restaurant after arriving in Denver jet lagged and dehydrated. I am so glad I settled on this venue. The owners love beef, beer and whiskey, and it shows in every aspect of what they do. I had a bison T bone heavenly it tastes like beef that has been aged in beef extract, and I spent fully two minutes savoring the aroma of seared beef and charcoal before I tucked in. Apparently this is a collaboration with a local bison farmer in my view it is a stunning success. Being from overseas I needed help choosing from the 24 beers available, and the staff were able to advise me as to what I wanted, with knowledge of what each of their selected beers was like. Finally, I sought advice on a good local whisky, and was not disappointed by the recommendation. Overall an awesome restaurant supported by engaged, enlightened and excellent staff. I can't recommend this place highly enough."
