"This venue is a nice-size place for hosting a party, but I will NEVER return. The food was good, and the servers were courteous, but the management needs to take client requests more seriously. The manager, Mamun, provided excellent service initially, but once he was paid, he seemed to rush us throughout the event. We had a lot of leftovers since some guests didn’t show up, and another 20-25 people could have easily eaten the extra food. However, when we asked for take-home boxes, he only packed enough for 5-7 people and claimed he threw the rest away. When I spoke to one of the servers, they exchanged guilty looks and suggested I speak to the manager.
I can't help but feel they might be saving food for the next event. It was unfortunate that some of my family members had to eat pizza when we got home because we didn’t have enough food, despite making multiple requests. Manager Mamun kept pushing us to invite more guests since they charge per head and assured us we could take any leftovers. However, he did not follow through on that promise. Additionally, they did not serve the Lassi that was promised beforehand.
I hope this review encourages the owner and management to make better decisions in the future. Please don’t lose your customers over these poor choices. Thank you."
