"I visited this location this morning and have been coming here frequently because it's close to my job. This is the third consecutive time I've requested crispy potatoes, and once again, I received potatoes that were less than crispy, nearly soggy. Today, when I refused to accept them, I was met with a dirty look. A different employee delivered the same unappealing potatoes and even shook her head as she turned away, thinking I didn't notice. All I'm asking for is what I’ve paid for and a bit of decent customer service. If the manager or staff want to pay for my potatoes, they can prepare them however they like. However, when a customer makes a reasonable request for crispy potatoes, I just don’t understand the issue."

"I’m not even sure how to express my frustration. I visited the restaurant after my child's soccer game, hoping to enjoy a spoon bender. I informed the staff about my son’s peanut allergy and requested that they wash the mixer before preparing his order, to which they confidently assured me they do every time. However, on his third spoonful, he found a peanut in his custard, which he immediately recognized. This kind of negligence (or even worse, intentional oversight) could endanger someone’s life. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's essential for others to know that this establishment shows a complete disregard for safety and customer well-being."

"By far my worst experience at good times!! I bright 9 of us and talked up the spoon benders to all of them! None of the others have ever been to good times! It was not a good time. This was the absolute worst service and spoon bender I have ever had. The worker was a complete j My spoon bender was runny! Spoon bent should be nice and thick! We initially went through the drive through and then after receiving our spoon benders I went up to the window to ask them about my runny mess of a bender. All he said was yeah sometimes they are runny . I said oh I 've never had a runny one. Rudely he said so you want me to make another one? I said sure. Then he slams his sliding door shut. He brings another runny one back and says see they are all that way. The new one was hardly an inch from the top of the cup. With nothing else to say to him I took my runny milkshake and left. Also, while waiting for them to make my mess of a shake, workers were not wearing gloves, wiping down food and making food! Totally disgusting! I will neve be back to the Broomfield good times!! I should have stuck to the one on 104th and Huron!"

"I would have given this restaurant 6 stars, but the signs were a little confusing. The staff was very friendly and helpful, despite my making things inconvenient for them. The food was delicious, with creative topping pairings you would typically only find at a high-end sit-down restaurant. The restaurant is dog-friendly, but the restroom located outside lacked toilet paper and could have used a good cleaning. It was strange to see this during Covid times, especially since it wasn't very busy when I was there from 6:30 to 7:30pm for walk-ups. There was also a camper parked nearby with 3+ people in it, which may have contributed to the lack of cleanliness in the restroom."

"We stopped for a quick bite on our way from the airport to Colorado Springs. My father-in-law and husband ordered burgers and fries, while I wasn't very hungry and opted for a snack instead—a side of bacon and guacamole. They gave me a generous portion, with six strips of real bacon—definitely not the tasteless, paper-thin stuff you often find at fast food places. Just a heads up, the guacamole has a bit of a kick to it, but it probably seems less spicy when it's spread on a burger rather than eaten straight. My husband and Papa K enjoyed their burgers and fries as usual, and I think my husband tried a double-decker burger he hadn’t had before. He said it had that satisfying greasy flavor reminiscent of a McDonald's patty, but topped with a delicious sauce similar to what you’d find at In-N-Out."

"The dining room is closed during the day. When I inquired about it, the gentleman with the Simple Jack haircut simply said, "Yeah, that's because it's closed." It was certainly an interesting response. I've attached a photo of what a Simple Jack haircut looks like for future reference."
