"Food was ok. Service was good. However, when I got check I noticed I was charged two sales tax. I was taxed 10% on total food cost and another 20% on that total. When I asked why I was being taxed twice I was informed 20% tax was for gratuity. I’m pretty sure State law states any fees and surcharges must be clearly listed before customers dine in or order to go and must be listed as gratuity or service fee on customer bill. Not sure why gratuity was listed as a second sales tax on bill and why this automatic gratuity policy wasn’t displayed anywhere or why we weren’t informed of added gratuity when check was provided to us? My advice check your bill to check if tip has already been included with total."

"I am editing my original review because once I posted I received a call from the manager to discuss what happened. He sincerely cared about our experience, explained what happened, then went above and beyond to make it right.I really appreciated the extra effort. Sincerely grateful. Thanks Josh! We made reservations because last time we were told we had to. Even though they were rude last time we wanted to try the place. It is super cool inside. Our server was basically non existent. He didn’t wipe the table even after being asked. It took about 10 min to be asked for our first drinks. Several more minutes before we got them. When he returned he only took 2 refill drink orders and bolted before I could ask for mine, my drink was clearly empty. When he came back with the other drinks he seemed bothered I needed one. He forgot to bring said drink so I sat there for about 10 min with no drink. Then he came up and said “did I put your drink order in” clearly no. Then he brings me a drink but in a plastic cup and told me they didn’t have anymore glasses. 10 minutes later he brings another drink out in a glass and said it was a mistake did we want it. But it was the exact same drink that I had ordered so I wonder if he just left it on the counter. He brought our food with no utensils or napkins. We sat there for about 10 min. It was finger food but still we needed napkins. He finally flew by and I asked for napkins again and be brought little bar napkins not dining napkins. About 3/4 of the tables had reserve signs but there wasn’t anyone there for the 90 min we were there so it wasn’t busy. There seems to be plenty of staff. Needless to say it was underwhelming and disappointing. Before you wonder if I’m a Karen or was rude to him. I’m in the service industry too and am very understanding of what’s going on. This young man clearly did not know how or want to do his job, this and the previous rude experience from the host stand concluded into a decision not to return."

"If you are looking for an amazing brunch spot, look no further than Blue Moon Taphouse! Located in Waterside, this restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating, with amazing water views and a wonderful breeze. The food is elevated bar food with a yummy twist. I had the jalapeno avocado chicken burger and it was absolutely delish! I definitely recommend adding on the extra avocados that really takes it over the top! The tuna tataki appetizer was delicious as well, absolutely recommend!"

"Chicken and Waffles were disgusting. Waiter informed us waffles are pre made (he said like the “Lego my Eggo” style) and they were served burned along with the chicken. Mimosas only provided (2) juice options, was served on ice and each glass had lip prints on them!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND/OR MONEY!"

They feature daily specials alongside their standard menu. You'll receive a pitcher of ice water and a basket filled with various sauces and extra napkins at your table, all while enjoying some cool music in the background. Located on the 1600 block of South Street, it’s usually easy to find parking, though you'll need to pay for it. Keep in mind that there are two large steps at the entrance."

"my friend and I were in the radisson as a bit spontaneous adventure for la crosse, and in the night we landed here at the bar in the hotel as the art of the last venture for the night. they never know who they meet in life, but we had one of the best nights of summer at this weekend on 7/31/2021. nancy was an amazing bartender and a great person to talk to. she always ensured that we had everything we needed, and she knows how to make a good drink! a top animal bartender safe, and the property is happy to have it there. I'm not sure if my friend and I will talk to this at night, but I hope they had all safe traveling home. they all have made our time a special one in la crosse! but yes back to the review, the three rivers lodge is a 10/10 place to spend some time, and hopefully they will have nancy as their barkeeper when they visit!"

"Second time coming here, and the food was as amazing as the first! Need to come here more often! Fried pickles, carne asada fries, mini corn dogs, and Baja smash burger! All major yum! Only got pictures of the carne asada fries and fried pickles. The only reason this isn’t getting 5 stars is because we visited the women’s bathroom when we left, and it was horrible. Not only super outdated (which didn’t match the rest of the restaurant), but so many things were broken. The main door didn’t close all the way, the door on one of the stalls was broken, one of the toilet seats was broken and slid all over. The other toilet had a loss in pressure or something and wouldn’t flush just TP. The sink was rusting and the faucet was broken and splattering everywhere. The floor was sticky. Just a horrible bathroom and quite a far cry from the rest of the place and how good the food was."

"We stopped here on the way home and thought it was going to be great because it was jam packed with a 15min wait. We were disappointed though because the service was lacking and the food was only so-so. There was syrup on the table so when the server took our drink order we asked for a cloth to wipe it up, we asked again when he brought the drinks and took our order. We waited a long time for him to come back. Eventually he came back with our food, which we could tell had been sitting under the heat lamp a long time because the plates were so hot you couldn't touch them and he had to use a towel to bring them over. We asked a third time for the cloth, he said he would bring it over along with our pancakes and my English muffin. He came back with the pancakes but no cloth... he reminded himself and then came back a minute later with my English muffin and a damp napkin... maybe he was new, but he wasn't very attentive. The food was ok, bacon was better than you get at a diner, and eggs were good too, but the pancakes were tough and mine came with a raspberry puree that was more like raspberry juice and ice cold, which I didn't realize until I dumped it on my pancakes. My English muffin came out without any butter and I had to ask for jam. My mother couldn't even eat her toast because it was cold and hard. It was also about $20 more expensive than the diners we had eaten at previously on the trip and not really worth it."

"Well, don't know where to start but when I made reservations and the hostess. TAYLOR, was so pleasant, kind and generous over the phone that I had to go and meet her.. I had finally met her and her personality wS just the same over the phone e. thank you, Taylor for been the same both times. She went far and beyond my expectations. Went Saturday, 8/6, my bday and everyone was so kind. Special s/o to my server, Abby, Manager, Parker and Melissa, GM. All the ordered foods was good. NO COMPLAINTS! W I'll eat there again!"

"Really enjoyed the variety of the menu, though it is just waffles essentially they offer a wide range of sweet and savory options. I ordered the strawberry cheesecake waffle and it was amazing! Not overly expensive, I'll say a great place to stop for a quick treat. When I went there was only outdoor seating and the area is nice, I do hope dine in will be available soon."

"Chips impressed me! 40 different types of pancakes. I want to try everything... or at least half (lol). I had German apple pancakes. They had apples in them and on them, and it tasted so well with syrup. Even the simple pancakes were good. Besides, I had a ovulate and they gave me salsa and sour cream, with which more taste added. Coffee is even good. As I said, I was impressed, not just hungry. We sat outside in their beautifully designed free space. There are also interior seats. Free parking on site. Prices are tariff."
