"This restaurant is very inconsistent and disappointing. I have been coming here for several months and the only thing that is consistent is that they are always out of menu items. Dunkin' Donuts is part of my weekly routine, but every time I place an order, they are missing several items. Whoever manages the inventory needs to do a better job. The manager here is also incredibly rude. At several locations, she has made me uncomfortable with her passive-aggressive comments, but this morning she really crossed the line. I usually order the same thing every morning, but now the manager told me I couldn't get a large ice water for free and if I wanted water, I would have to pay the price of an ice cream, $3.15. Since when is water not free? I understand the need to balance inventory with inflation, but at this point, it's more expensive than a bottle of water. I asked for a free cup of water and she then told me it would cost $1.25 at the window. It seemed like she just wanted to give me a hard time. As her coworker handed me the water, she said, "oh, she doesn't want it anymore," to which he replied, "then why did she ask for it in the first place?" This place really needs better management. She is unfit and clearly does not have the customer service skills to manage a location."
