"Vito's has great pizza, and is my go to pizza place. However tonight a driver who said they had left my pizza at my door decided to yell, curse, and refuse to let me speak to a manager or anyone else who was level headed. I was very calm when I called in and was simple trying to find out what may have happened. If it was left in another apartment building to the right or left of me. Instead I was yell at about how this man left it at my door and how I must have give the wrong address (he correctly repeated my address to me) I remained very calm until he refused to let me speak to anyone else. Just yelled and curse at me about how I just have done something wrong or am lying and hiding the pizza. Needless to say I will be contacting their district about this."
