"I found the "order ready" system reminiscent of a bus station, which felt out of place given the otherwise lovely vibe of the restaurant. My black forest cake was dry and lacked cherries, so I returned it. Instead of asking why I was returning it or how they could improve, the staff member just looked at me judgmentally, as if she were some sort of cake expert. My wife's chocolate fudge was decent, but overall, we really wanted to enjoy this trendy speakeasy spot. However, the prices far exceeded the quality, leading to a disappointing experience.
The setting was cool, but I couldn't help but notice the mismatched furniture, which seemed only to be from a thrift store. It would have been nice if they had at least cleaned up the stains!"
