"1. Upon arriving, our party of three was seated by a waiter who then proceeded to wipe down our table with a tissue and water while we uncomfortably watched. It was a Thursday afternoon, and the restaurant was mostly empty, but accidents happen; it wasn't a major issue.
2. Another waiter, stocky with short curly dark hair, had an inexplicably negative attitude towards us. He snatched the menus from my hand, handed us three pairs of pre-packaged chopsticks (one of mine had mold, though that wasn't his fault), and unaccountably provided two spoons. He completely ignored our polite "thank you" as we left. The whole encounter was so absurd that it made us laugh among ourselves.
3. The food was decent, but it was too greasy for my taste, and overall, it felt overpriced. We spent around $100 for three soups, one vermicelli dish, one sandwich, including tips and tax.
4. On a positive note, there was plenty of parking available, which earns a 5 out of 5.
5. A friendly suggestion to management: please teach your staff basic customer service skills. Their inability to manage their emotions shouldn't impact the customers who support your business. Otherwise, consider hiring more capable individuals to represent your restaurant.
6. Would I return? Perhaps, but only if I wanted to have a bad day and really feel down about myself."
