"I've been going to this restaurant for 5 to 8 years, and I've only had one bad experience with an order, but they quickly resolved it and even gave me some extras. The staff is excellent with customers, and the food is consistently fresh and prepared promptly. If you're ever in the uptown area, I highly recommend taking a 5 to 10-minute trip to grab a sub or some wings. Their mambo sauce is excellent compared to other takeout places. The young lady at the counter speaks English very well and is a pleasure to talk to. The prices are typical for a city takeout, but the quality of the food makes it worth it. Whenever I'm in uptown, this is the only takeout I choose since Eddie's has turned into a bar."

"I called in an order and noticed the person taking the call sounded completely disinterested in taking my order but I thought maybe it was busy and they were just distracted. When I arrived 15 minutes later the dinning area was empty and I couldn’t help but notice how dirty it was overall, especially the ceiling tiles. As I was being rung out by the employee that couldn’t fake there way through basic customer service, I overheard another employee talking about how dirty an area was in the kitchen area. I do appreciate that the order was correct as I had my doubts since the only acknowledgement of my order was a series of grunts. I do like the skinny Krinkle fries but my wife and I both thought the Turkey tastes good but it was slimy. I hope tonight was a one off and they can do some housekeeping to bring it up to what it once was."

"I had omelette verde with B&G. I loved the style and my waitress was the best. Sweet, attentive, with OJ. Respectable brotherhood at the bar and a hot rod out front. Killer vibe. It was so delicious! It's the kinda place you wanna know about. Especially if you are on death row. "Ordered a medium Nutty Bon Bon cone. Girl handed me some kind of green ice cream cone and called it “Nutty Bon Bon”. I said, “Green?” She walked away and came back with a single scoop of the correct ice cream. I thought the serving was small, wondering if you get half a scoop for a small. Later, I saw a customer with a double scoop cone and ask if that was a medium. He confirmed it was. I was charged for a medium. It just wasn’t worth the wait through the line to complain to someone who doesn’t know green from white."
