"I have placed a mobile app order (confirmation Y79-RA1) and it was set to pick up 8:50 pm. I arrived at 9:00 a.m. and came to the snake to order a burrito for my wife, the last minute said she wanted to lunch tomorrow. I thought my mobile job would wait for me after I paid for the extra job. to my surprise, my order was not ready on the rule around 9:10 clock, 20min after the original order pickup time. I was told that my order had to be restored because of a mistake. When I stood there, I saw 5 separate mobile app orders were completed before mine was mine. then when I came home, I am not even a quarter through the burrito before I noticed that there was absolutely doused in red tamatillo sauce when I asked for light and there was hardly any acidic seeing than the normal amount. I couldn't finish the burrito. very disappointed if I always have a great experience in this place. very disappointing experience tonight."
