"We eat dinner at Liquid Assets every time our daughter visits. She is celiac and Liquid Assets is a safe and delicious restaurant for us to dine. We especially love the burgers, which are fabulous. This time we also had dessert the brownie and the lemon tart. Both were wonderful! During our recent visit we had a great, reassuring conversation about the safety of their kitchen with regards to gluten contaminaion with the owner/manager, who was so kind and understanding. I would recommend this restaurant for anyone, but for someone who cannot eat gluten, it is excellent. Lovely atmosphere, terrific food and thoughtful, personal service!"
