"When my boyfriend, whom I had highly praised this restaurant to, requested water and wasn’t familiar with the setup, he was met with a dismissive attitude from Aaron. Additionally, when I asked Aaron for more ranch after he delivered our pizza, his manner of speaking and his passive-aggressive behavior when I asked for the napkin box was quite off-putting. This was surprising, as it didn’t reflect the level of service one would expect in the hospitality industry.
Having worked in serving and bartending for several years myself, I know that personal issues should be checked at the door. Unfortunately, this didn’t seem to be the case here.
On the upside, the pizza was fantastic; we had the California chicken bacon ranch pizza, which I loved. However, because of the service experience, I won’t be returning, despite my fond memories.
As for kid-friendliness, the place does have games for children and a welcoming atmosphere for families, while also catering to adults with alcoholic drink options."
