"Everything was great except kind of in a ghetto area , we caught some guy trying to break into our car one block away and then we tried to park in another parking lot next door for many businesses and a Middle Eastern guy came out screaming and yelling that he was going to have all of us towed away it started off pretty bad. Several other cars that were there drove off very upset there were no signs that he could tell anybody I asked him if he owned the property and he said yes I could tell he was lying though but it just wasn't worth the hassle"

"PIZZA PERFECTION !!! OMG!!!!I have traveled all over the world and never had a pizza as good as the Barb's Pizza that I had here tonight.I've eaten Pizza all over the world and nothing comes close.Freaking incredible..This wonderful restaurant is only five blocks from my house.... how did I never you know about it before?To be clear this is not the San Carlos location, although I'm sure it's equally as great,.... they've opened a new one on 5th avenue between e and f.Truly it is Gaslamp's greatest pizza and Italian restaurantSo I walked in the front door ...(dressed like an Indian guru cuz I'm into energy and all that) and I got met with waves of love and beauty.It was obvious that all of the staff loved their jobs, loved each other, and loved their patrons.And then they brought the food and blew my crown chakra wide open.PIZZA BLISS, ENLIGHTENED AT LAST,OM Pizza OM.....??My only complaint is I can never go back to Papa John's ever again.FIVE STARS IS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO HIGH ENOUGH. THIS PLACE IS A WINNER.Giant shout out to hostess Lily and manager server extraordinaire Victoria, they made mine, and everyone else's evening incredible.I smelled and laid eyes on their other traditional wonderful Italian dishes as they passed by me on the way to other happy diners. "The food here is fantastic, and the service is excellent. The owner, who is Muslim, is very friendly. They offer a wide variety of fresh pizzas, along with a selection of subs and Italian dishes. Everything is half-priced. The meat is halal-certified and prepared on-site, sourced from the 'tayib' brand. The topped pizza is especially delicious!"

"Among all the La Nopalera locations in Jacksonville, this one stands out for its exceptional food, despite its unattractive decor and less-than-clean ambiance. It's the only spot in town that still serves a spinach quesadilla. We were a party of four, and our total bill came to just $30! I shared a fajita with my mom, and we both had plenty left over for lunch the next day. The parking lot is quite small, which can make parking a challenge, but we arrived early enough to find available spots. Otherwise, you often have to park down the street in the Panera lot and walk over. The service has been lacking lately, but the food makes it all worthwhile. They really should consider a remodel to improve the overall experience."

"They broke the mold when they opened this spot. First of all, the customer service is outstanding! Michael took my order and accommodated me because I came from Miramar and I so appreciate him for that. I’m from New Jersey so I know good pizza and this pizza is next level. Wings baked into the crust? I feel faint just thinking about it. Seriously, the buffalo chicken ranch pizza with hot lemon pepper wings *chefs kiss* safe to say they have a new lifelong customer and I look forward to trying everything else on the menu. ??"

"Always one of my favorite places to grab a to-go order for lunch or dinner. I always get the Athenian Gyro and I’m never disappointed. The time it takes to place the order and get your food is often less than 10 minutes, but I’ve had it be less than 5 minutes. The serving size of the gyro (comes with fries) is extremely generous and I always have to convince myself to not eat the entire thing because it’s too much food but it’s oh so delicious. Although they have a large offering of food, I will always recommend getting the Athenian Gyro."

"My family and I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. We wanted several items from the menu, but they were all unavailable, leaving us with limited choices. Even the drinks were lacking; they didn’t have what we were looking for, and their selection was quite poor. It's no surprise they don't seem to attract many customers. We also desired to sit outside, but were told it wasn't possible, only to see a party of 7-8 seated there shortly after us. Overall, it wasn’t a good experience. To make matters worse, my husband was still eating his tacos when they took his salsas away to serve to another table without asking. We won't be returning."

"Before going to Ro's especially for pizza you need to be in the mood specifically to go to Ro's for pizza. I'll explain; This isn't your normal New Haven style thin crust pizza. It's not thick like a Sicilian or Greek pizza. It's not simple like a cafeteria pizza on a Friday in school. (The best! You need to be in a mood for a doughy base, really, really thick in the cheese all the crunch in the crust. It's been this way for years and remains the same. It's a destination pizza if this is what you want with a beer or 2. Service was good, understaffed which isn't surprising in this day age. What bothered wasn't the dated plates that showed scratches grime from oil with silverware to match... but the smell. Musty moldy throughout the place as if it was 1985 and I just walked down from Griffen for an after school slice! It was so bad that I took the rest of my pizza to go just to leave. With Daveley's gone (dumb move Ro's is one of the last staples in the Water/Oak community. Hope minor things get addressed with some effort."

"My favorite wings on the ave. Probably top two within Seattle and top three in Washington. No more alcohol due to some incident two years ago, but they're working on getting their license back. Staff here is often lively, friendly, and chatty. Much of the time they're students as well so it's interactive. Dropping this rating a bit because there is inconsistency in the wing sizes. I'm spoiled when I get the large wings and drumsticks that look like a chicken was on steroids. Sometimes I get disappointed when I get flats that are so small all the meat is eaten in one bite. Also, my most recent visit I had something in my corn cheese (shown). Couldn't quite tell if it was a bone or what but it was hard and yellow. Kind of suspicious but I'll let it slide. The corn cheese here is one of my favorites around town. I haven't found one that impresses me as much but I'm still trying. I order a corn cheese everytime I visit and it's perfect, cheesey goodness. They butter it perfectly and the ratio is the best across the state. House fried rice is pretty standard as much as fried rice goes, but I have some friends who love it so we order it often. It's nice to pair with the chicken, but definitely not necessary as the chicken itself is just fantastic. Snow Wings are addicting. The garlic parmesan is a must have and simply delicious with or without the chicken. I'll even get some of the little sprinkles or crumbs to eat. I'm a big fan of dry rubs though so that's part of it. Soy Garlic Wings are a great choice for more wet wings. They're a bit sweet and also fairly addicting. Those two are my favorite wings for dry and wet respectively. I don't care too much for the spicy but they now have Korean Hot Sauce available at tables. It's the same sauce they use in their Korean Wings so you can just add it to whatever wings you get and get a similar experience."
