"I had a late night at a work event and placed an order for dinner. It was supposed to arrive by 12:00 AM, but at 1:46 AM, I called to inquire about it. They assured me that it was on its way. I asked if they were sure, or else I would just cancel and go to bed. They confirmed it was coming. However, when I called back half an hour later, the person insisted that he never said my food was on its way and asked if I still wanted it. It was a five-minute drive, and that was over 30 minutes ago. I’ve decided to just go to bed and I won’t be ordering from there again."
