"The food was, again, OUTSTANDING and we ordered extra so that we could take some home for meals on another day. The service was very good, but the entrees came out just a few minutes after our appetizers and I had to TWICE explain to the Food Runners to take them back and keep them warm as we were just starting to enjoy our scrumptious appetizers. Unfortunately, there was a VERY loud woman (a nurse sitting at the booth right behind us and she was complaining LOUDLY to her 3 co-workers about some work experiences that she was not happy about. I glared at her several times and she either didn't care (She was young; probably late 20's. and/or hard of hearing and didn't understand. The others at her table should have said something to her, but they were pretty quiet and think that they were just hoping that she would stop. Not Chang's fault, but if they see this loud woman again, they should seat her in the bar or at an outside table."

"This was our visit to Balmoral and it won’t be our last. We thoroughly enjoyed our time, dinner, service. We were greeted with a warm welcome by the bartender was given our choice of tables at which to sit. The China sets (the shoe filled w/toothpicks is a nice touch) plaid runners on every table were a homey Scottish touch. Our waitress was so friendly accommodating from beginning to end. We began with soups: potato leek ham/pea; both were very tasty. Entrees: fish chips grilled salmon; excellent on both. Loved the idea of having shared sides of carrots, whipped potatoes, buttered potatoes, green beans. Will have to save room next time for desserts as they sounded delish. Thanks so much, Balmoral, as you are a start to a long awaited upcoming trip to Scotland Ireland. You’ve provided us a pleasurable start!😍"

"I had to wait an extremely long time for my food at this restaurant. When it finally arrived, it was only fair - not very tasty and not even hot. The restaurant seemed understaffed as the server was clearly overwhelmed trying to attend to so many tables. This was my first time dining at NYAJ, but I have decided that I will not be returning."

"There was no way as we made a reservation. I would highly recommend this, you can do it right on the website or call the restaurant. We had our choice of table (table, booth, or high top). Our waitress (Taylor I) was so nice, she answered any questions we had, she was always there when we needed her, and she kept the drink refills coming. The food was absolutely delicious! The entrées that our party ate were the Italian, the BBQ meatloaf, the Mediterranean pizza, and the Cape Cid Reuben. For dessert we shared the Peanut Butter Thing, and the Chocolate Chip Cookie Explosion. I would highly recommend this restaurant, I can't wait to go back!"

"I searched google for gluten free and found this place. 0 stars Starting with the parking lot signage is confusing as it used to be a fast food restaurant with a drive thru.But we were starving Husband had very dry biscuits (days old or out of a freezer bag) and gravy was definitely out of can. Gravy covered the hash browns it came with too so the plate looked like slop. Not very appetizing.I’m GF so I asked what was available they have bread. I ordered the breakfast sandwich at 17.99 plus $2 for gluten free bread. It came with potatoes that were not GF and had the texture of frozen then deep fried potatoes. Coated with MSG… which has gluten. The bacon on my sandwich was paper thin and microwaved and probably had Gluten in it too.Service was less that great if someone orders gluten free ask is it’s a preference or an allergy. Know your products and don’t serve them Gluten. Thankfully it’s not an allergy for me.The bathroom was smelled like portable bathroom.Basically extremely overpriced fast food at sit down restaurant prices. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free"

"The food at the restaurant was excellent, but unfortunately, the service was lacking and detracted from our overall experience. Our server was often absent, leaving us without water for most of our meal. Additionally, we found a piece of plastic in one of our dishes, which, while potentially a one-time occurrence, was troubling when combined with the other service issues. Our desserts took over twenty minutes to arrive, and when we received our bill, we were charged for an extra meal. It took three attempts and twenty minutes to correct the billing errors, including being charged for salads that were supposed to be included in the prix fixe menu. Despite the delicious food, the numerous service mishaps made for an unpleasant dining experience."

"This was our second date night here and we truly enjoyed our dining experience. We used our Dining Out Atlanta Passbook. It was a Friday night, so it was busy but not crowded. The small patio seating was full and people waited at the bar for carry out. The hostess was friendly and seated us quickly. Our server was very attentive and friendly. Our appetizer and meals came out very quickly and the food was hot. I had the shrimp and grits, which was plated differently fromwhat I?ve experienced at other places. But it was hands down one of the best shrimp and grits dishes that I?ve had!!! The dish was seasoned well, with a little spice in the grits?very enjoyable!! My husband also enjoyed his fish and chips,the calamari appetizer was delicious! My drink was strong and not overly sweet, which is how I like it. Great experience?.we?ll definitely return."

"My friend and I were visiting from Canada and were sooo looking forward to our meal at PF Chang’s. To be honest, we were quite disappointed. We had a reservation and ended up waiting about 15 min, even though it wasn’t crazy busy. We had a table that seemed to have a sticky film on it, even after using my own alcohol wipe on it. Our service was good, the food was ok and quite reasonably priced. But, we saw one of the workers cleaning the table/chairs across from us and was using that same cloth to wipe the square plates that were set around the table. Gross!!! We are in the middle of a pandemic and just seeing that turned our dining experience to one of, ‘I don’t think we’ll be back’!! Sorry."

"I travel for business and I enjoy a good dinner at P.F. Chang’s normally. I had dinner in Lynnwood WA and it was Ok… I then traveled south to Bellevue the next day and ended up at P.F. Chang’s again. I ordered rubbed ribs for appetizer and Kung POW chicken with brown rice. Ribs were tuff, rice was dry and the Kung POW had no taste. Also the restaurant has a bad sour dirty smell so I moved to another table. Not a good experience. I also found out that P.F. Chang’s sold to somebody and they cut the menu in half and definitely has cut costs. No family owned anymore…sad, this was one of my favorite places to enjoy great food. I won’t be going to this location anymore…"

"Our family came to Embers last night for dinner our party’s reservation somehow was lost in the confusion of the host’s station. They were so busy that the manager’s wife jumped up from having her meal to help out behind the bar! We waited for a while, but the manager/owner was so nice paid for a couple rounds of drinks for 8 people 3 appetizers once we were finally sat. We would definitely return because of how gracious apologetic the staff was. Our waitress was amazing so sweet. The atmosphere was great, the food was phenomenal (get the jalapeño mac cheese! , the restaurant itself was gorgeous. Thank you, Embers, for being so accommodating! We will be returning!"

"I used to love this restaurant but, sadly it has dropped in quality quite a bit. To begin with, the bathrooms were dirty and had no toilet paper (which to me is a HUGE reflection of the overall quality and cleanliness of any eating establishment). The second and more disappointing aspect of the evening was over fish sauce in a dish. I am a vegetarian and I ordered a noodle salad that did not list any meat in it. It came and when I ate it there was an overall strong fish smell. That was fine, I stopped eating it. But I asked the waiter if there was fish in it and it took about 15 minutes to get an answer. Because I have been a vegetarian for 30 years, the taste made me sick to my stomach, but again I was going to suck it up and try to enjoy the meal with friends I had not seen for many years. A manager came and expressed concern that I had an allergy , apologized and that was pretty much it? The waiter, although I believe he was worried about getting in trouble, pretty much chastised me for not having disclosed that I was vegetarian and to tell me what did not have fish sauce on the menu? I did not want to get anyone in trouble and I was not going to make a big deal out of it, but they ended up making it a scene and taking away from the fun our group was having and making me feel uncomfortable. The food was ok, but not to the standard it used to be which was always consistently delicious."

I tried to contact the new phone number provided by OpenTable, but the number was not in service. This was my first experience like this with OpenTable. "I’ve had wonderful dining experiences at other P. F. Chang locations but, unfortunately I can’t say the same about this location. The first issue was at the host stand. The young lady had no clue that I had an open table reservation but in time she adjusted and I eventually was seated. I don’t think they ever figured out how to check me in. It was clear that the location was understaffed and poorly managed. It was dirtier than I’ve come to expect from this chain, the food quality was poor, and it took over an hour to get our food after ordering. I’d recommend going to another location."

"From the beginning the experience was decent at best. It wasn 't exactly bad; however, I don 't see myself going back any time soon. The exterior is under construction which distracted from the overall aesthetic. While the host was pleasant and a hopeful waitress in training seemed to have the right attitude it appeared as if the rest of the staff would struggle to care any less about the customers and their experience. The plates given with our appetizers were clearly dirty and after sending them back to request new ones we waited 10 minutes for a replacement set of dirty plates as our food cooled. That was by far the worst of our experience. This is especially true considering that the kitchen is open to the dining room and plates were easily accessible. Beyond that the overall quality has gone down and it appears like the training of the FOH staff has gone down as well. Our waitress seemed to lack when it came to effectively managing her tables and t.he food from farm to work was lightly not nearly as fresh as the let on. Next the quality and presentation has declined over the years. Sad to say this location seems no better than Applebee 's of Fridays in terms of overall quality while is a sharp decline from what was at one time a very nice night out. While I never expected fine dining my experience tonight was that of any typical chain restaurant with higher ceilings."

"I have been missing the food and atmosphere in Waikiki lately, and this place truly brought me back to the relaxing ocean breeze, comfort food, and tropical vibes of Hawaii! I had a lovely time here with my family, and we all loved the food, drinks, and service! Shoutout to Danielle for being such a wonderful server. FOOD Chicken lettuce wraps: These were a bit messy to eat but very good! The lettuce was very fresh and was a great way to start our meal. Papaya salad: We LOVED this dish!! The balance between the greens, papaya, lychee, and macadamia nuts was so delightful and refreshing. Hawaiian Mochiko chicken: The chicken was so tender and well seasoned! The veggies on the side were also great, and my grandma really enjoyed the healthy option. DRINKS Mermaid's Kiss: This drink was refreshing and strong! It wasn't super sweet, which was perfect. Painkiller: This drink was also pretty strong, and I really enjoyed it! Would highly recommend ordering both of these drinks. SERVICE The service here is amazing, and what I was most impressed by is that they knew we would be doing family style rather than having individual entrees. They brought out extra plates for us, no questions asked. It made me feel that the staff here are culturally competent and mindful, and I really appreciated that! Thank you for a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely be back!"
