"My entire order was incorrect, except for one item. I've been ordering from this restaurant for the past six years, always dealing directly with the owner, Kay Kay. We are extremely disappointed with the service she provided and her attitude. We usually order food almost every week, spending around $55-$60. By the time we got to enjoy the yellow curry, it had already gone bad and smelled like spoiled milk. I specifically requested gluten-free rice, but she made it with regular rice. When I called to address this, she told me she couldn't replace it because she didn't hear my request. I also ordered a second yellow curry with rice, but instead, I received regular fried rice. After I voiced my complaints, the owner merely promised to ensure the order would be correct next time. I'm very disappointed in the level of customer service and the dismissive attitude of the owner. They have certainly lost a loyal customer who frequently praised their food and referred many friends."
