"The food at Urban Village Grill is excellent and that is why I go back. However, all times I have been, the service is awful The servers are friendly, so, it isn 't about demeanor. The right hand doesn 't know what the left hand is doing. Forgotten orders, over zealous initial checking in by multiple servers to then be left alone for long periods of time, multiple servers asking for your order when it has already been taken and they don 't seem to know that, main courses coming out with appetizers, appetizers coming out after main courses, and so on. It is comical how bad the service is for how long this place has been open. Again, the servers are warm and friendly; they just seem to have no clue about how to run an efficient and accurate service. If you eat here, have patience for the inevitable snafus, and just know the food makes it mostly worth it."
